“Raul’s has smogged all my vehicles for many years. After the most recent time, they sent a check a few days later, a refund after they’d noticed they had accidentally overcharged me. I was perfectly happy with the work and the cost, didn’t suspect there was a problem, and had they not informed me, I would never have known. Now that’s an honest business right there.”

“We took our Acura RDX which we had recently purchased and soon ended up having starting problems. They assessed that it had an alternator issue and worked well with our insurance carrier to fix the problem.
Sam was very good at communicating with us and keeping us informed of any updates.
Later on, we did have another problem and we called. Sam told us to bring it right over. Turned out to be an easy fix and they treated us well. I would send my child here with their car issues.”

“I haven’t actually been here but I called them with a list of things that the dealership recommended that would end up costing me about $1000. I wanted a quote from them to compare. They could have easily quoted me and had all this stuff done, but they told me that none of that is necessary unless I’m having actual issues. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch his name but guy I spoke to asked what the mileage was, and gave me advice on what to look out for and when to bring it in for maintenance.
They definitely have my business when it’s time for that. Very much appreciated the honesty.”

“DAISY TIRE CORP of Sant Paula ? I recommend them, they put some sensors on some new wheels that I bought for my truck without any problem ?
While MTW of Santa Paula told me that my sensors were useless and that they didn't fit the rims that I had to buy new ones... that they sold them to me... just to charge me more... apart from the fact that they charged me very dearly... no It could be that they are professionals and do not know about an air sensor... very bad experience with them..
My truck is 2023 to tell me that those sensors were useless... I won't go again... sorry but it made me angry...”
