I hesitate to give a great review because I don't want Miguel to get too busy! Arana is the only place I take my Toyota these days. Miguel is one of the nicest people I've met, knows his stuff, never too rushed to give me his time, and never upsells. I have to practically beg him to do extra services and take my money ;) The opposite of the dealer experience.

Great service. Quick. Once I got my car back I had a concern about the are that was just repaired, they had me bring it back in and looked at it and fixed the concern for no extra charge right away. Would go there again and recommend it.Services: Tires

Twice now he helped me fast in need. First time it was a fuse trick he knew that rebooted my van’s display that went black. He didn’t charge me at all! Second time he bolted the bottom splash guard back that fell and was scraping on the road. Charged me a nominal fee. I’ll be coming back to him as long as he is around!Service: Body & Trim
