Been thru this establishment a few times and just not impressed. I'm only writing this review because how rude and unprofessional the night employees treat their customers. They carded me and I'm 55 and were jerks about my ID being expired so I'm like forget it then ... The older female threw my ID at me saying things I can't say on here. I will not be returning .

As truck stops go, this Petro station is awesome, there is plenty of parking and its ALWAYS clean. There convenience store is well stocked and the service is always good. The Burger King there is quick, but I don't think you can use the app there. It did not let me when I tried... also the receipt you get is not your typical BK receipt with a standard transaction number so you cannot get points for purchase.

As we usually note, my wife and I travel the country for a living. We don't generally Yelp businesses unless there is something extraordinary about them. Be that good or bad. I mean, anyone can be "average", anyone can be "good enough". I personally don't feel that those that fall in that "average/good enough" category need nor deserve a rating because they are just doing the average job. This is our first visit with this Petro. I'd like to personally name GIO and DAVID. They worked over on the professional/trucker side of the store. FIVE STARS and MAGA kudos to them. Here's why. My wife and I team drive. We split a 24 hour day in half. When we have the opportunity (we strive for every day) we like to enjoy a shower, together. Most truck stops will cram the two of us into a single shower...we do love each other very much, but cramped is cramped. Just saying. GIO made sure that he put us in the largest shower that was available, which just so happened to be the handicapped shower, as there were no other customers asking for such accommodations. THANK YOU GIO! It was clean, had plenty of hot water, water pressure, and we even were provided with extra towels (at the request of my wife...I mean...women need more than one towel!) Upon finishing our shower, we needed dinner. We had a choice of Burger King or their a' la cart menu. DAVID was the 'Chef de' jour'....and he had the food to prove it. It was simple, but very adequate and prepared, and served like he was proud of his work, which he should have been. We very much enjoyed our experience with this Petro and their staff, especially considering that this is in California and under control of Gavin Newsom who should be removed from office for treating such good people, the people of California, as his own personal foot stool while he and his cronie buddies live life as they see fit while bankrupting this beautiful state and citizens. It's no wonder why the populace of California is leaving in droves, hopefully they move to DC and leave good people like GIO and DAVID to rebuild what Newsom, Pelosi and Waters have worked so hard to destroy. Please God, be with this Country for the next four years until America is voted back into sanity. Signed~ A Loyal, Patriotic, AMERICAN. PS....by the way...y'all are welcome for all the food and stuff that you enjoy everyday. If you have it, it was brought to you ON A TRUCK.

Now with a Burger King. No longer a restaurant inside. The olden days of rest stop travels have fully modernized. Still have the showers. But COVID has stopped use. Clean restrooms, has a food counter still. I was profiled and watched heavily. While others had kids and families running around touching everything. It was very uncomfortable. I kept my sunglasses on to watch them watch me. It was a sad occasion. 1 star down just for that. As the service was extremely fast. And they were very friendly towards me. But sheesh. Its not like I was stealing. It is a rest stop, I think we come here to get snacks, gas, and walk a bit between travels. I have always had an amazing experience here, I travel as part of my life. So enjoying these stops, is part of the journey, so 4 stars, no less. It is hard to do anything less with the nostalgia, service, accommodations, and general need of travel centers nowadays that have everything a traveler needs, including a rest area. However, judicially should be 3 stars at max. Prices are still great, arcade still there, but only kid gift games and a pool table, no more arcade games, sadly, the lighting and sounds of those as nostalgia has ended with the remodel. Adding the Burger King was a nice add. The old diner was dated, dirty, dingy, service was questionable, and patrons looked as of they were out of a dirty brothel movie. But it was nostalgia of a time period of truckers, long passed its prime. Still, an enjoyable visit and stop on that level of historical value. Things have changed, with the current climate in this country, I truly do wish it was different. I truly do! Next time, fly a confederate flag at the door, so we are prepared for the profiling, and we can truly decide from this point forward, if we willdecide to spend money, keep driving a few miles down the road, or just go potty and go. Sadly, still a 4 star stop. Above average, compared to many travel stops I still stop at. From this point, this is just a restroom and breakstop. Thank You for the many great, fun, and amazing decades, as a great stop for me, my family, and my kids.

CoronaVirus Beware! Employees not required to wear mask. Unfriendly place that makes you feel unwelcome. The kind off place that don't have hospitality cause you ain't from around there kind of feeling. A cashier Andrew, a big fellow was particularly rude when I asked him about not wearing a mask. Said it's a recommendation and doesn't care.

The store it self is ok.... however the burger king is beyond pointless. The "manager " takes one order, maybe 2, then walks away. It then takes the other guy working 10 min to produce each order. Seriously, from the time i walked in to when i got my food 40 min, and i was 3rd in line. On top of that i had asked for no sauce, and there was so much mayo on the burger you could patch a doorknob hole in drywall. Absolutely ridiculous.

Please do not go to the new Burger King in this location. The staff were very unprofessional, aggravating, and bully clients. The manager and their staff have repeatedly shown poor judgment and customer service. It started with them mistakenly giving us a sausage croissanwich instead of a bacon one, and it escalated from there. When I called to attention their mistake, they were not very gracious and were unapologetic. After handing me the sandwich, I noticed that the sandwich seemed to have a very meager serving of bacon compared to the sandwiches we regularly get at the store closest to where we live. When I asked about the discrepancy, the male employee from behind the counter stated that they are a "travel center store" that's why they can charge any price and that the serving is supposed to be like that. Although I was not too happy with the sandwich and their response, me and my friend just decided to finish our sandwiches in the dining area. As we were nearing the end of our meal, I heard a male voice from behind me and a phone coming into my view from my left side that interrupted our conversation. It was the same male employee from earlier (about 5'10"-6' in height) who was now in the dining area and interrupted us to tell me that the sandwich was supposed to look the way they gave me based on their instructional diagram photo (which he was showing me on his phone). This restarted the conversation again as to why their sandwich is not consistent with the sandwiches I have always bought from nearby, to which he said that then "(the other store) were doing it wrong" and that "it was (the other store's) problem" for making it wrong. Then, he abruptly turns his back around to head back to the kitchen and was dismissive towards me. As such, I felt aggravated and harassed for their treatment and asked for the male employee's name. To which he shouted from behind the counter that his name was " Marcus" and identified himself as the manager. By this time, I felt appalled by their callous actions that I proceeded to try to take his photo to attach as part of my complaint. However, it was then that a young Caucasian female in her late teens or early 20's then shouted that taking photos were not allowed in the premises and startled saying they felt harassed. I responded that it was Marcus who came from behind the counter, barged into our conversation and shoved his phone in between my friend and Ijust to start an argument and stormed back behind the counter, after he dropped his argument on us. He also even went to the extent of calling a Caucasian female in her 40s or 50s at the Petro Station for security backup. And as the older lady came (who was at least 5'5" or 5'6" in height), she immediately sided with the manager and threatened to call the Sheriff on me, without even hearing my side. Since I knew this was getting nowhere and my friend (we are both Filipinos barely 5'3" in height) were exiting, the other counter person, who was a young African American lady, shouted "Merry Christmas and have a nice day" and laughed sarcastically to us as we were leaving, as the older Caucasian lady still tried to call the sheriff. I actually was able to complain about them to the BK Corporate office and they were more empathetic towards us. It's so sad because I think this store is so brand new that the Customer Services rep from BK corporate was even having a hard time finding their store in the system at the beginning. I just hope this is not a case of racism, because it does seem to feel that way.

When traveling through hwy 152 Petro Travel Plaza is the place to stop. They always have clean restrooms and staff do an amazing job at keeping it that way. Lots to do for truckers who need to stretch their legs and take a read. Take a shower or watch a movie. They also have a gas station for you to fill up. Store has snacks and some fast food to curb your hunger and sweet tooth.

I like when truck stops are clean. I would have to say that this truck stop is not bad at all in general. I like that it's located right off the freeway. It's also really easy to get in, also, it's really easy to get to the fuel pump. This truck stop has good condition and clean parking lot. It's pretty easy to find and get into a parking spot here. The truck stop is designed for you to park your truck with no problem. The inside of the market, they had delicious coffee and many different snacks to help you continue on your trip. The store also has a lot of different stuff for the truck like oil coolant logbooks. I also like that there is a bucket with window washing fluid, so while you're fueling up, you have plenty of time to make your windows spotless. I would highly suggest visiting this truck stop.

Hey Petro: I stop by your station several times a year to use the facilities which are very good, and ATTEMPT to buy gasoline, but in the last several months the credit card keypad does not work. I don't like to go into the cashier to pay because they try to up-sell me with stuff I don't want. So I go across the street to Chevron to buy gas. Can you please fix your machines.

We couldn't find anything that looked like the food counter pictured. More importantly, we went to the food area (at 8:45am) and asked the worker what came in the breakfast plate. She told us they were out of breakfast and working on dinner. At 8:45am. The store was clean, had showers, and gas, and is probably sufficient if you aren't there to eat in the morning. We weren't there for the other features, so for us it was a 1 star experience.

Pumps were not working when I came this last time so I ended up having to go across the street to Chevon. This is always my last stop on my way home from LA. The restrooms are always clean here so that's the main reason I stop here.

We stopped here (Petro 346) for restroom use only during our 2,125-mile run. The women's restroom was dirty: toilet paper on the floor in each stall; 3 of 4 toilets were not flushing; garbage can was filled with paper spilling outside of it. We did not enter the store section and I just walked by the trucker lounge.

Another really high priced station along this stretch of road. Filled up at 1/4 tank and paid over $4.30/gal I believe. RIPOFF Cashier wouldn't turn my pump on but had no problem turning it on for the trucker ahead of me. Had to prepay. Pump wouldn't accept my credit card Pump wouldn't print a receipt and the vapor recovery nozzle would expose every time it was inserted into my fuel filler neck, clicking off the pump. Won't be back. I'd suggest you do the same if you want to save money.
