Noon on a Monday guy is still not here like change ur hours or wake up guy. Made it in here once before and guy was chill a but did seem rather sleepy ??
Update 8/12: yet again I show up and find the door locked. 2:30 on a Monday (maybe guy takes long weekends). What frustrates me is he has two (2) signs that say they are open one of which he has to turn on so I know he is in there somewhere. I can see sandwich making materials on the counter through the window. Just put up a sign that says you’re taking a lunch and what time you’ll be done with that sando and like I would totally get it bro. Anyways ??
P.s. since I’ve been sitting out here writing this another potential customer showed up trying to literally buy a whole bike— what a disaster.

Nothing but amazing things to say. I got Jose to build me my dream bike. Needless to say he went above and beyond. Great guy, super nice, very helpful, knowledgable and knows what he is talking about. What else do you need other than that?!

I had to sell my car and resort to a bicycle during the Covid pandemic. I haven't been in a financial position to purchase a car since then, unfortunately. Fortunately, after trying several bike shops in the area, I came across Zone 3 last year. Raul and his team listen, are sincere about helping, and very fair in their costs. I choose a bike shop like I choose a barber: when I find the right one who I trust, I'll keep going back, even if I don't live in Santa Monica anymore. I highly recommend his shop for your bike purchase/services. TOPS in all of Los Angeles!

Very Professional service. The owner assisted me with my problem witj the gears. Didn't charged me for bike check, had to leave him tip. I definitely recommend this place!

I recently got Shimano Ultegra Di2 installed and tried to ride it for the first time today. When I took the back wheel off the wire fell off. I see where it goes, but nothing to secure it. Can’t shift and the bike is absolutely worthless. I have a half Ironman in May and now I can’t ride my bike. I live 2 hours from Santa Monica. I took the bike to another bike shop in the area and there are multiple issues with it. I had to leave it there to get fixed after spending $2600 at zone 3 multisport to get the upgrade. Obviously not done right at all. Don’t waste your time at this bike shop.

Awesome customer service. Raul was the best. Friendly and professional. I went in for a small fix and Raul not only fixed the problem but taught me what was wrong and how to fix it myself. I will bring all my bikes here from now on
