I had a very bad experience @Zara Santa Monica this location has a very rude unprofessional manager they sold me a damaged pants when I went back to return it the manager refused she said we don’t take damaged merchandise was extremely rude I asked her about her name she said I don’t have to give you my name and walked away it’s not about what you say it’s about how you say it.

I had a very bad experience a week ago with the cashier, who, I believe, tried to steal from me. I gave her 5 articles. She took a price tag out of nowhere and added it to what I was buying without my noticing it. When I came back to the shop after checking the receipt, she did not even look at me once or say sorry. Why do I think she tried and robbed me? When I came home I realised that she had slipped the price tag in one of my new jeans pockets.
Here is my theory: She steals clothes, charges clients for them without them noticing, gets rid of the price tags by hiding them in the customer’s bag or trousers pockets, and simply takes the clothes back home.
By the way, it has been six days and the return has not yet appeared on my account.

I absolutely love the Zara store in Santa Monica! The staff there are so nice, and it’s located in a beautiful promenade area. It’s definitely the best location. A great place to spend your time with friend or family! ❤️☀️

THE WORST ZARA. I live nearby so sadly have to come here. The staff is always understaffed & not friendly. But the most troubling is that TWICE they sold me an item that didn’t have the inner tag so I couldn’t return it? The dressing rooms are often closed so I had to try it on at home.Calling customer service doesn’t help

Literally the worst Zara I’ve ever been to. The staffs do not want to help or assist their customers. The cashiers are super rude, with impolite attitude.
