Such a wonderful local jeweler -they did a an amazing job with a very sentimental piece, melting down my grandmother’s warped ring (she had recently passed) into a beautiful hammered gold metal pendant- something I could wear around my neck. Beautiful work, honest owner, and very fair and transparent pricing. Highly recommend for any custom work.

I went into Yale Jewelers for the first time on a whim, looking to have a replica of a family heirloom pendant/necklace made. It was completely new territory for me, but Joe and Marla were super accommodating and respectful of my wishes.
The overall process and end result was better than I could have hoped for (great quality and on time). I will definitely be going back to them for future needs!

I came in to repair two watches. He quickly fixed (more like setup and sized) the first and advised me against repairing the second. All free of charge! He could have charged me to repair the watch but didn't think it was in my best interest. I think that displays honesty.

Fantastic place to get your jewelry. We worked with Joe to get custom jewelry made and also for him to resize many pieces. He was wonderful and kind and has a great eye for design as well! Happy to have gotten our jewelry needs taken care of by Joe.

just left Yale jewelers soooo unhappy . I have a beautiful amethyst ring from 1945. It needed a repair, one of the prongs was bent . Long story short the man who helped me ( I assume the owner) was condescending to me and made no attempt to offer me an alternative. He told me it would be $120.00 to fix it and I said I will think about it and then in the same sentence I said I would. He showed me through the Loop ( I think thats what it's called) and then proceeds to tell me he doesn't want to do it because it would take to much of his time. I have lived in Brentwood for forty years and have been in Yale a couple of tunes and they have always been so nice. It also says they repair estate jewelry which obviously they don't. Not only would I never ever recommend them to anybody I will NEVER go back there. There are other Jewelry stores that I'm sure are more accommodating. I don't appreciate the way I was treated and he should be ashamed of himself.

I have been to Yale Jewelers on numerous occasions to have various watch issues repaired (broken strap, battery replacement, damaged piece, etc...). On each occasion, the service was extremely fast, efficient, and effective. The price is always very reasonable. I will never go anywhere else as long as I have a watch that requires any sort of repair.

Came in to get a quote on fixing a necklace and ended up just getting my two watches i love fixed. Jo was quick and very easy to talk to. Coming back because I saw a ring in the display i want to show my bf. Thank you!I should be retiring soon. I can't get that ring out of my head.

I simply would never go anywhere else. Besides being a true gentleman, he has a phenomenal eye for the most stylish pieces. Exceptional customer service. Over the years he has so kindly kept my jewelry looking beautiful and has never made me feel uncomfortable when cleaning a piece for me, even on a very busy day. Most recently, Joe helped me with a problem I didn’t even know I had.. He basically begged me, and rightly so, to update the clasp on my pearl necklace… which, even though the original clasp was beyond stunning, IT, eventually, was NOT going to hold. Joe found a stylish, easy to operate, sturdy, and safe clasp system for my pearls that did not take me 20 minutes to secure. Now I could do cartwheels down Montana Avenue if I so desire , and that necklace wouldn’t be going anywhere. Best part, I wear my pearls all the time now. All the time… as they should be…Thank you Joe!

Joe created a custom wedding band for me based on my engagement ring. He did a beautiful job, crafted it quickly, and the price was very reasonable. I get so many compliments on my custom piece. Can't recommend enough!
