The email I sent, however, was answered immediately and the much awaited bulb arrived shorty thereafter. I assign the stars to the representative who made this work. The ability to get through to the company regarding online customer inquiries is in great need for improvement.”

“"Ordered 2 ceiling recessed lighting. It seems like one of the units the wires aren’t soddered correctly and the other unit the lighting strip is twisted. Customer service seems to give a run around saying they were tested and we pulled on it. That’s absolutely false I opened the box with my contractor the wires weren’t even soddered. Still waiting on a reasonable response from customer service. Given the number of reviews of poor quality I’m not surprised. I never ordered a lighting fixture in my life where the wires weren’t soddered" - my previous review
After my issues i decided to escalate to the salesman's boss. I spoke to Michelle the customer experience manager. Dealing with her was a pleasure. She was efficient and communicated with me very well. All my issues were rectified and the lights look beautiful”
“I found this place going in with my dad to Costco. I had no idea that they sold classes. So I went and looked at them and I saw the prices of the frames. I was like OK. this is an inexpensive but what they're gonna do is make it up on the lenses. Oh my God everything is inclusive with the lenses. The glasses are dirt cheap. I just got two pair for 450. I've got excellent Optometry insurance and when I went to LensCrafters with my Insurance Rayban pair of eyeglasses were gonna cost me 750 bucks that's with my Insurance Costco rocks. This is the second time I've gone in the place at all always go no need to go anywhere else. I just got my notification that my glasses are supposed to be in about 10 days. They came in after three. Thank you Costco you guys are awesome.”

Costco not only had one in stock, but what sets them apart from the other stores is people like Corey and Armando. Corey is a gentle giant that provided a level of customer service that I thought died with COVID. Armando was very helpful in coordinating the help needed to put the freezer in my vehicle. Excellent customer service like This is what will keep us shopping at Costco as long as they are open and we have money.”
