Amazing, the doctor was recommended to me because a few other doctors couldn't get to the bottom of my dogs issues. Dr. Adams was able to pin point it and now things are improving. He's definitely the one to see for the tough issues.

Fast-forward five weeks, and I wake up to my kitten's stomach bleeding profusely out of the spot where she was spayed. This, despite having my kitten wear a cone for the week I was told to verbally by the vet after calling, as mentioned above. I frantically called the vet, who told me that I was not allowed to speak to a veterinarian because the original surgery was purchased through the humane shelter. Again, I let them know that I am in possession of my cat, not the humane shelter, but they didn't seem to care. I ended up at an emergency vet clinic, where I spent the next eight hours having my kitten checked out, which included an x-ray, multiple injections, two ultrasounds, and an exploratory surgery. This resulted in thousands of dollars, and my kittens internal organ repaired, fluid removed, and internal bleeding stopped. For the first time during this whole event, I received proper care for my kitten, antibiotics, painkillers, and aftercare instructions. Shout out to the new vet for being the only group in this entire situation to care what happens to my six month old kitten. This was a direct result of a botched spay and a total lack of care and consideration shown toward a hopeless kitten by this clinic. Shame on you!

We visited about a week ago, which was fine other than the vet was slightly rude and front desk staff seemed overwhelmed. I went back again a week later because I believed my dog had swallowed a coin. I called in to ask what I should do. They told me I can bring her in and they can induce vomiting. I said okay and front her in. Unfortunately for me they didn't find anything. However this whole process took over 45 minutes and the only time I was told the price of the service was afterward and that it was $300 dollars. This seems like a gross over charge and for that type of pricing to not be communicated earlier is shameful. My husband also called in afterwards to which he was on hold for 15 minutes and then treated rudely by staff. We will not be going back and recommend finding another place to take your pet.

I discovered a lump on Chibi's belly a few weeks ago which we learned was large cell lymphoma. It was very aggressive. Chibi is free from suffering now. He gets to be the strong, funny boy he always was again. I already miss him beyond belief. I also know Dr Adams' and Steven's hearts broke a little too. It's not easy for them either and I needed to acknowledge that to him in those moments. I've known Dr Adams for almost 15 years. I trust him with every fiber of my being when it comes to my kitties. Dr Adams and Steven made Chibi's transition quiet and peaceful ~ just as I'd asked for. We were so lucky to be surrounded with so much love and support. A special hug to Emily who sent a beautiful, private message of love and condolences. She offered me grace when I was losing my mind trying to find just one of Chibi's meds when beneath it all, I knew he was losing his battle. Her message stole my heart. There are very special people with humane and loving hearts who work here. And Dr Adams is our forever hero. Just know that there are reasons why those of us who were blessed to know him when he was a brand new vet follow him wherever he goes.

Have had the good fortune of taking our dogs past and present to some great veterinarians, eye specialists and teeth specialists included. This clinic is top notch. Compassionate, skilled and exceptional business ethics with respect to fair costs per services rendered The front of house staff are dedicated, welcoming and astute. The English Doc who has cleaned our dogs teeth is quite simply, just good at what he does. You either own it with pride, no matter what you do in life. Or don't do it and choose another line of work. This English Doc owns it with pride and cares about each and every animal he aims to make more comfortable, healthier and just slap happy! Love this place. A no brainer for teeth care.

DO NOT make the mistake of taking your pet here. They are AWFUL. They steal your money and leave your dog sick and hurt. Worst mistake I will NEVER return and hate that I put my dog in their hands.

Dr Adams , the front desk staff, the technician, everyone was very nice. My dog was abused and is a fear biter so must be muzzled for the exam, they were very patient and understanding with him. It's a small clinic and clean.

We have been coming to see Gary Adams for the last 5 years and he has been the best with my Korean Jindo. Although they are sometimes under staffed and it takes longer to get a hold of them, that is just normal sometimes but the clinic tries their best accommodating everyone.

New patient and won't be returning. Waited an hour for a scheduled appointment but finally got the vaccines I needed for my new puppy. The puppy started sneezing about a day later and although I've attempted to call the vet to speak to them about next steps, it's been literally impossible to reach anyone. Their voicemail is full and they put you on hold when you call, then hang up on you before answering. I tried for three hours to reach them before giving up and seeking emergency medical care for the puppy. I was told by the ER vet that she actually got sick from being in the Westside Pet Clinic office (it's VERY dirty). Very frustrating and unprofessional experience. Would avoid this vet at all costs.

Dr. Adams is amazing, but the reception/customer service is horrible and ruining this clinic. It's bad enough for me to want to switch vets. I, like many others, have been put on hold for ridiculous amounts of time only to be hung up on multiple times. This has happened nearly every time I've called over the last several years. Unacceptable way to treat your clients who need care for their pets.
