I love this escrow company! They are knowledgable and have resources with other real estate/development specialities. Today I spoke with Susie; I usually ask for Jumana. When I had an escrow dealing, I am going to insist that we use westside escrow corp!

Bought a house in Lake Tahoe. The company that handled escrow for our LA houses was a bit leery to venture out of the county so we chose Westside based on their great reviews. Such a smart move! Jumana (owner), Susie, and Sarah were professional, prompt, clearly experienced, and friendly throughout. And sticklers for legality & accuracy, which we appreciated. Will definitely use Westside for our next RE transaction.

Susie Torres was a shining light in a long, winding process of selling my late father's home as part of probate after his sudden illness and passing. Getting the house to sale had been very stressful due to the antics of a joint owner, so by the time we got to escrow, I was probably a little worn down from all the administrative hassles layered on top of the emotional turmoil of the past year. I will never forget Susie Torres because she stood out immediately for her conscientious, helpful, diligent, kind, courteous, capable and sympathetic communication. Working with Susie was the single part of the whole probate/sale process that was a joy and a breeze. Susie Torres is fantastic at her job and took care of everything expertly for us. Even though our interactions were mainly about processing paperwork necessary for escrow, I always felt more cheerful after each email exchange with her. She is one of those people who makes the world better just by being who she is. It is impressive and refreshing to find someone who does their job with such humanity and professionalism. I am grateful she was there.
