Well, I have been using Wells Fargo for almost 18 years and I have never had such a bad experience as today at this branch. I managed to make a withdrawal of money that was deposited to me for the total loss of a vehicle, the balance was already available but the cashier called a certain Jaime Sánchez who from the look of his arrogance is visible and he began an interrogation that not even the police He asked her why I had deposited the money, which I explained to him, how the accident had been, how long it lasted, the pros, what car I had, why I wanted to withdraw the money, what bothered me the most when he asked me what I wanted. I answered the money, I don't have to give him that information, so he grabbed my ID and told me I won't give you anything, I have to make some calls to verify why they deposited that money, which had already passed 20 minutes, then he sat down. his desk and with a mocking laugh he looked at me and smiled impolitely so after 30 minutes I asked him for my license and I told him that I no longer wanted to make the transfer so he laughed as if mocking me and handed it to me and broke my document that the cashier filled out for the transfer which I wasted my time in that branch. I recommend not visiting it, the staff gives poor customer service, they ruin your day, very bad service

I went to deposit a buch of Euros I brought back from my trip to Paris.They gave the worst possible change rate AND charged me an additional 5%! It's the last time they see me at a wells Fargo branch to change money.

Adam the manager at Wells Fargo is a EXCELLENT!! branch manger, he is Great at customer service and even when busy makes time for me as a customer, he also has Excellent people skills working with people and did a Great job with helping me with my account for some customer service I needed. Robert

WORST PARKING! They've recently changed their parking system and now you're basically out of luck if you go over the allotted 15 min window you have to park, endorse your checks and battle with their ATM which doesn't seem to like a lot of bills or checks. Plus you have to re-insert the card for each different transaction. Anyhow, they've become very stingy with the validations here which they should've let me know before I did all my business. Definitely taking my banking to a less complicated branch.

If all signs posted day wear a mask, can all tellers please wear one too? Not only was I served by a non masked teller, the customer in front of me pulled his off in the bank. In a place where dealing with a teller is in close proximity, I would appreciate that my safety and there's is priority. Only one teller did not wear one, and that was the one that served me.
