How does a bank not have banker's came in today to open up the 2% credit card with them since i already have a account with them went to 2 branchs and both said the same thing sorry we don't have any banker's today so we can't help you. A bank with no banker's well thats ironic so i will be closing my account and going to a bank that has banker's and want my business.

I recently went to the Wells Fargo on Broadway in Santa Monica. A homeless man was questioning a teller. The teller was so respectful and compassionate as he listened and responded to the gentleman. When the man left Wells Fargo, the guard walked him to the door, opened it for him, and thanked him for his business at Wells Fargo. I was so impressed with the compassion and empathy that the staff of Wells Fargo extended. We need more kindness like this in our world.

This branch has to be the new face of WF. Starting with Silvia G, Betsy C and Diego R they are the most knowledgeable bankers I interacted with in a while. Respectful, nice, accommodating they collectively solve my little banking issues and helped me open the accounts I needed explaining everything in detail. I look forward to returning to this branch.

This has become my go-to bank. Everyone at this branch is very friendly and professional. They make their clients feel like they are always welcomed. It is refreshing to see how well they interact and offer wonderful services to their customers. I cannot begin to thank the branch manager (Silvia). I don't have an account with Wells Fargo, but I am a “regular†as they are located right next from the laundry mat I go to so I get my quarters from them when it's time to wash my clothes. Employees are very nice and friendly even though I'm just exchanging my $20 bill for two rolls of quarters.

Worst experience with this one. Even the manager(Silvia) is not aware of the certain banking process. I was misguided with false information on one of my check transaction which was not in compliance for past three weeks. Wellsfargo - big time sucks. Highly not recommended

I pass another branch to visit this one! This team is so talented and friendly it's unreal. Betsy was the reason my wife and I decided to make this our home branch and open our business account here. She takes pleasure in our successes and has a personal touch that makes her feel like a partner in our team. Also Silvia the branch manager has this branch running like a machine without feeling mechanical.
