The absolute worst I've ever been to and its bad on a constant basis. Do yourself a favor and don't come here. This WF needs to be shutdown permanently. The tellers have zero empathy and the management has even less appeal. Avoid this WF at all cost. You will be standing in line along with more than likely 4 others waiting to be served be ONE TELLER. Lol bye.

Consistently 1 or 2 tellers on , no more while ten people wait in line and each transaction takes ten minutes. No acknowledgement of waiting customers from staff. A little "sorry for the wait we'll be with you in a few minutes" goes a long way guys

This has to be the slowest serving bank in history. Why would you advertise Wells Fargo on Wilshire Blvd. out of all places and not be able to handle the traffic. You guys are already known for being crooks, now you're also known for being cheap with your minimum wage workers. Smh.

Slowest service ever at a bank. 2 new trainees, which is understandable. But the lady manager just hides behind her desk while a long line was waiting. When one trainee asked for help, she said "again?" Was averaging 10 minutes per customer. All waiting had that 'really?!!' look on the faces. The 2nd star I am giving is for previous fair service.

I wish I could give negative stars. Their manager at the branch is very judgmental, biased, and unprofessional. She did not want to cash me a CASHIERS check which is as good as CASH because of my appearance. She was yelling at me to call Chase behind the window because Chase has "weird" rules. I felt so embarrassed for her. Maybe if they had more authoritative people there, it'd be a pleasant bank but she is a crusty, negative individual.

The vibe isn't my favorite. Gotta say, I've had a much better experience with small banks and credit bureau's. I highly advise not using this bank if you can help it. The bank manager seemed lazy and that's with two customers in the bank on this day in mention. Might have been great in the stage coach days, but this is one corporate joke.

The service in this bank has definitely changed my mind about Wells Fargo There always seem to be a problem with this branch As a consumer you expect to be treated with respect and not be treated like a stranger When you tell a consumer they need to establish a relationship with your business to revive the goods they are paying for, it becomes a problem. Multiple occasions I have felt disrespected by their staff. Customer service and problem solution is a must when helping others.

This is the bank I like coming to because they're open later than most banks and they're on top of their business. Michael Gomez usually does a lot to accommodate me with most of my transactions. Just want to give credit where credit is needed so there's that.

Bad policies bad customer service. I was thinking of transferring over my personal account but this place has changed my mind about wells Fargo. Every time I've been there they've given me a problem even though my business accounts are with them.

I am incredibly disappointed by this branch. I have been banking with Wells Fargo for over 6 years and have never had this kind of experience before. I was rudely informed that I could not cash checks made out to my husband and I that were gifts from our wedding until we opened a joint account. What if we wanted to keep our finances separate?... She rudely informed me the checks were useless then... and that maybe I should try asking the people who wrote them to write new checks? Are you serious? She belittled me and was so incredibly cold and unprofessional. I left this branch feeling very upset. I would not recommend visiting this location AT ALL.
