Beginning of September I made a deposit of 8 checks into the ATM. The ATM stopped working and did not return my checks. I ran into the bank to tell them and they said they had nothing to do with the ATM to call the number on the receipt. I called the number, started a claim, gave them all the check numbers and amounts. I was told it would be resolved in 10 days. I called several times to find out the status and they needed more time. Finally in Mid November got a letter they never found the checks and were reversing the provisional deposit and closing the case. I'm livid! Where did my 8 checks go!? The ATM is an enclosed, locked box on their property with a camera!? I've called and written the company and have gotten the same response. No one knows where 8 checks disappeared to and have no other info for me. It's very alarming they are not concerned that a customer's 8 checks vanished.

Jonpaul was great - instead of opening a new joint account at our request he said we don't need to - just needed to add partner to existing account (opened previously under that "ahem" controversial incentive program since shut down.) Funny and helpful.

Wells Fargo discriminates against minorities and gives credit cards to identity thieves. Withdraw your account and bank elsewhere.

The worst service! I went to open an account on Saturday. I arrived 20 minutes before closing and was told they could not open an account that late. The rep was doing nothing and on her cell phone. Then they said they would call me for an appointment...you guessed it they never called. I went to Chase a few blocks down. Chase was so accommodating I opened two accounts.

What a difference a day and bank makes! I went to the WF aim Montana in Santa Monica and the bankers were amazing compared to my terrible experience at the WF Torrance location. They were professional and beyond helpful. The notary Fay Beroukhim was the sweetest lady on the planet...she went over and beyond. This branch rocks and should hold training for the Torrance location. Thank you Fay and your Santa Monica WF staff!

Breynner the new kid-teller on the block super nice and helpful. Lina Deen the Service Manager helped me get an important check cleared in a fair time. I really appreciated her help and professionalism. Wells Fargo helped me when I needed a higher limit on my credit card. That is why I will remain a loyal customer to W.F.
