Do NOT bother to return items here. The clerk didn't know what she was doing. She asked me to show her the bar code for the online purchase items which didn't exist. I had to pull up the online order policy to show her that customers can use the order # for returns.She had me enter my phone # more than 5 times then telling me the system showed I already returned the items(which is bs). She and the manager told me it wouldn't even allow them to give me the store credit. They asked me to call customer service. If you value a good customer service, find it else where.

We here for prescription for an hour, they totally ignored me very unprofessional and rude. I don't wish the service up on anybody they take better training on customer service

YIKES! Abort!! Do Not Pass Go - better yet - Dont Even Come This place is a disaster. Went to return unused items within the timeframe of the store return policy using the receipt generated on the STORE app. Was told only store credit could be issued because "we need something to scan" - only after restating that my items were within store policy AND I obviously have proof of purchase - scan or not- were my items returned. Training saves lives Walgreens - maybe do it?

This pharmacy is under resourced, under staffed, and over worked. As a result of Walgreens negligence towards their staff, the experience at this pharmacy is incredibly unpleasant. Long lines, Unhappy help, and a combativeness that borders on offensive all perpetuates a heightened sense of anger and irritability of both customers and pharmacists. I in no way lay this at the feet of the employees, but rather I see it as a failing of Walgreens to care for their employees and stores.

Akash who runs the pharmacy was sexist against women and extremely combative in conversation. Unwilling and unhelpful when presented with an octogenarian's plight of not being able to fulfill her time-sensitive medication. He asked us a question and while we were attempting to answer, put me on hold and hung up the phone as we were answering questions about the efforts we made to call both the doctor and insurance companies. Knowing how time sensitive this medication is (her life depends on it) he told us we would have to wait 24 hours for him to make a phone call. He also accused us of lying about picking up a temporary prescription from another branch, and did not believe us when we explained we have reached out to both the doctor and the insurance companies. If you are looking for timely, kind assistance or any modicum of customer service, this is NOT the place to trust. His unruly, accusatory attitude is completely unacceptable.

Janice the pharmacist is not very good 20th and Wilshire is a danger to patients. Doesn't know what's in stock was filling the wrong strength and finally had to call their main number This pharmacy is bad news will be switching all 12 of my prescriptions

This is the slowest pharmacy I've ever been to. I had an appointment for a vaccine and it took 45 minutes. There's always a long line at the pharmacy whenever I am there. Other customers were complaining on how they were already there this morning and were told to come back and their medications still weren't ready. They must be severely under-staffed.
