Thank you to Nick and Kyle for such a pleasant experience and fast service when I had no idea what was going on with my car. Nick updated me daily and Kyle helped get me a loaner vehicle as soon as possible. My car is now fixed. I will be returning to this dealer for any future repairs my vehicle requires.

Recently, I took my 2020 Mercedes-Benz GLC 300 to W.I. Simonson for maintenance and repairs, and while I expected to pay a premium, I was shocked by the $6,200 labor charge for replacing an engine wiring harness. This cost seems way above industry standards, even for a luxury dealership.
The situation was made worse by poor communication from service advisor "Giovanni Cappalonga". I asked for an estimate on how long the repair would take but never got a clear answer. When I followed up on the service status, my calls were not returned, adding to the frustration they didn't give me a loaner.
the overall experience left me feeling overcharged and neglected. I would strongly recommend getting a second opinion and a quote from another service center before committing to any significant repairs here. W.I. Simonson needs to reconsider their pricing and improve their customer communication.

I had an emergency made an appt, arrived late…still seen by service advisor Mo. when he saw what was going on, got me a loaner car and service completed by the end of day and back in my car running like it did prior to the engine light coming on. Fast service and love it. I was taken care of for sure and am very grateful b/c I was able to return to work

The best Mercedes service center on the West Side. The team here is a pleasure to work with. I recently moved to BH but still come to Santa Monica for services. Jose Ortega has been my service advisor for two years, he’s the best. It’s totally worth the drive. The service is impeccable and always consistent.

I came in to repair some recall items. Antonio my regular Service Advisor checked me in and did a good job getting me checked in and following up until the car was ready. He made sure I had transportation home when I dropped my car off and had my car out ready to drive away when i returned at the end of the day. Vance Meyer
