I purchased a soundbar system online from Video & Audio Center for what appeared to be a great price due to an inventory close out. The order was processed and I received tracking info. The order showed it was never picked up by the carrier yet a few days later I received an email saying my order was returned to the company by the carrier due to damage. They cancelled my order and refunded my money siting no additional inventory available. However, the item was still available on their website, albeit at a significantly higher price. Support team said someone would look into it for me and claimed no pricing mistakes were identified but stopped replying to my emails. 3 weeks later I was finally able to get ahold of someone on the phone but got no further information and was told a support manager would contact me. That never happened. After the initial call, the item finally showed out of stock online though. A few things just didn't add about this situation between the carrier never showing pickup, the price changes, and the lack of transparency and response from support. It all left a very bad taste in my mouth from this company.

I got sent a television that was broken. I was working out of state when the package arrived. The staff at Visual & Audio Center said that they have a 30 day policy. Being in the military, I was unable to unbox between the 30 day policy. The television was almost $2,000 and now one of my family members will not have their Christmas present. All I asked for was a replacement and they have no heart to understand that I was on the military base when it was delivered. Now they won't replace the item. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. They do not care about their customers to replace something they sent broken. I will make sure i will call them Out on every single platform until it's rectified. If you want a place to get the same television I recommend Costco!! I will not stop adding reviews until they fix the issue!!!!!

Highly recommend. We purchased two TVs and several speakers with help with Sayid from Video & Audio Center on Wilshire Boulevard. Sayid was such a knowledgeable salesperson who has extensive expertise on TVs and sound systems. We're grateful to have purchased locally. Sayid even came out to my car to help me with returning something - their customer service is unmatched!

I ordered a TV from them. They sent the wrong thing. I ordered a replacement TV and it arrived damaged. Now I have to try to figure out how to repackage the thing before they will refund me. The carrier they use Pilot Freight is horrendous, so just because it ships next day don't expect it to arrive any time soon, nor in 1 piece.

I bought a TV from them through Walmart Marketplace. My TV box came damaged and some slight scratches on the screen that wouldn't buffer out.However the return and refund process for the TV was really great! I live in VA and, after approval of RMA, they schedule Pilot to pick it up.I got a refund in a decent amount of time considering I live across the country!

Extremely bad service. The employees are not helpful what so ever. They just want to sell and make their commission. If you ask them a question they refer you to the company that the tv is made from.They can’t backup their product.Best Buy has better prices with much better customer service.

SAEED THE MANAGER WAS GREAT!I had a great a experience with them and bought multiple items with the help of Saeed the manager there. He was super helpful, gave me a great price for all of them and resolved any issues that came up. I will buy whatever electronics I need from them.

Been waiting 4+ weeks for a Soundbar I ordered via Walmart. Poor Communication skills and unable to tell me why it hasn't even left their warehouse yet. Very frustrating.

The operations of this company are a nightmare. I have an undelivered Amazon order that this place is fulfilling. I placed the order 3 weeks ago and the Video & Audio Center Amazon department keeps hanging up on me when I call to get the status. I called the Santa Monica store to ask if they had the item in stock so I could just go pick it up and cancel my Amazon order... the person who answered the phone immediately transferred me to the Amazon department. I called back, the same person answered and I immediately asked "please don't transfer me I just have a question" the guy yells "I CAN'T HELP YOU THIS IS JUST THE BRICK AND MORTAR" and hangs up on me. I don't know what is going on in this dumpster fire of an establishment but please do not give them your money.

As others have mentioned, STAY FAR, FAR AWAY. I purchased a TV from this seller (Video & Audio Center) on Amazon. They charged my credit card and then I never heard from them. I had to call to get a delivery date and they gave a time window of 2-4PM and promised that the driver would call 30 minutes before arriving. At 3:30PM, still no call so I call them and they tell me the driver has until 6PM. I ask them to call the driver and the driver doesn't pick up. At 5:00PM, still nothing, no driver and no call from Video & Audio with a status. I call back and am told that they heard back from the driver and that the TV was damaged so they will not be delivering the TV today (why did I have to call and follow up?). They kept pushing me to take a refund, I said no thanks, was told the next shipment would come in 7-10 days, again pushing for a refund. It just sounds like they oversold the TV or did not want to honor the price. DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AS ME AND THE OTHER REVIEWERS HERE. Not sure how they are still able to sell on Amazon.

If you plan on buying a TV on Walmart and sold by Vision & Audio Center don’t expect to receive it on time. More like 2-3 weeks if you don’t cancel your order. This is the second time that I ordered this TV. The first time I waited 3 weeks before I canceled the order and now my TV was supposed to be here today but now got changed again. It’s either the negligence on Walmart, Pilot Air freight Delivery or from the ones who sold the TV which is Video & Audio Center. For being in business for over 38 years Video & Audio Center will not answer their phones when called and they don’t even reply back to Walmarts messages when encountering to track the product. (Such a great company??) Video & Audio Center somehow managed to screw up an address that was submitted digitally to them and sent it across the country to where I am not even located.

Think long and hard about ordering from this seller on Amazon. They have a horrible return policy and do not communicate to you once you make the issue known. Next thing you know you will be out of their ridiculously small return window and you're stuck trying to resolve your thousand dollar issue with the manufacturers warranty. Not a good experience at all. Never again.

Couldn’t be happier with our television buying experience. We are repeat customers and will go again as we need to purchase tvs or other electronics. Badal Kahn was our sales person and was beyond helpful, having a really good feeling for what we wanted and our price range. He is great! The installers were wonderful, willing to do everything until we were 100% satisfied. Highly recommended!
