Russian speakers advise you to go with a translator, if you take the phone you should definitely consult on everything, I was simply deceived! Be very vigilant and be sure to have a translator! Be sure to check the prices and how much you will pay every month!

I am very disappointed and upset at the customer service here at the store. I am a brand new customer that set up a new line and purchased a new phone through an online agent. The agent told me I can drop my old phone here and the store employees would help me set up my new phone and port my tmobile number to my new verizon account. When I walked into the store all the employees were having a conversation doing nothing. I told them I came here to pick up my new phone. Some short Mexican guy with glasses went to the back to get it for me and said "here you go have a nice day" and was eager to going back to his coworkers conversation. I asked him "wait, aren't you going to help me set this phone up and port my phone number?" He said "yeah but I'll have to charge you 30 dollars, but you can do it yourself and call verizon customer service for free". I then asked "what about my old phone trade in? Can I drop it off here? He replied "no, you have to wait for the mail kit and mail it off". Coming from Tmobile, Tmobile helped me with everything free of charge when i was with them. My experience at Verizon so far, left a bad taste and I am second guessing staying with this company.

Went in there yesterday, having to Switch phones. Christian helped me out. He was awesome. Very kind and helpful. My experience at the store was totally different than the one in Culver City. I highly recommend them, or at least Christian!

Hi there,Finally, I have time to complain about this location store.(2530 Wilshire Blvd.) My issue had been on 12/6/2023. I was going to pick up my home internet device. And I am not their customer but I am looking for another provider for my phone lines. Anyhow, long story but short: I had staff her name was 'GRACE' helped me out. She mentioned about my 1st bill is going to be very high and it costs me $886.88. But she said; I've had credit $200 and my bill will decrease. So even though my bill goes down but still too much for two phone lines and home internet.However, I don't know why she add extra 7 phone lines in my plans. What was going on here?? NO wonder why my 1st bill costs me a lot. This was bother me at all times till I went to Verizon located at 2712 Main St, Santa Monica on 12/27/2023. I asked them if anybody can help me solve this problem. I told them what happened and they were shocking!!...of course me too..still in shock!! I had staff name ARTURO he helped me out and called the customer service to delete extra phone numbers. All staff there apologized for the issue that I'd got from another location. Very nice of them. ARTURO said to me; you deserve a credit form that store.Then on 12/30/2023 I went to a store where I'd got my issue bill and asked for my credit!... WHAT A SHAME OF THEM????.!!!!...As I am a consumer and I am a customer of VERIZON. I chose your company with my trust and something went wrong with your customer but you DID NOT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY. I did not remember the name who I talked to that day. BUT I REMEMBER HER FACE. SHE said: they were deleted all the phone number and we can't give you a credit. THAT WAS IT!!! If you were me, how were you going to feel after you had been FRAUD by their staff???To be honest, I did not want a credit but I WANT YOUR RESPONSIBILITY and A QUALITY OF STAFF who knowledge and treat customer right. I want GRACE to be FIRED.

Worst customer service and manager ever! Wish I could give 0 stars. Diego the manager at this location closed the door at 5pm even though there was a posted sign on their door for holiday hours that said close at 6pm (I took a picture too), not 5pm. He left 3 of us customers locked out and wouldn't open, said "he doesn't care what the holiday hours sign says, he closes at 5pm."And walked away. This was after my husband came in earlier to pick up the watch I ordered as a gift needed today and they wouldn't give to him because he wasn't the name on the order even though he had the QR code from me, order ID and copy of my license; which the order email says you may show the code for pick up. So thats all I needed, was to pick up a paid item when I came. Beyond frustrating and now want to switch all our lines away from Verizon.

BEWARE: This store will try to tell you they are putting you on a "family plan" to save you money. Then your bill will be hundreds of dollars more. You will get your money back- but I've learned that it's a scam some stores are doing. I've reported it. I've called Verizon customer service who also confirmed this is scam that is happening and they are reporting the store.

This Store is TERRIBLE!!!Absolutely none of the sells reps know what there talking about… they all just give you the run around and just read you “SCRIPTS” all day and sale you lines!!!Customer service is horrendous, Nothing they say will happen…will happen…??♂️“Manager” Diego needs to SLOW DOWN…and take time with the guest instead of rushing them and reading scripts like a BOT!?

Went in b/c of a broken internet cable. Was told the only way to fix it was to upgrade to a new, upgraded, and guess what, more expensive internet box -- even though it was the same exact model!? Cause my plan didn't exist anymore? Had to spend three hours on the phone to get my bill back to normal. Then I figured I'd upgrade my phone. The rep told me he'd get me 800 bucks off the new iphone. I told him I'd pay the rest of the bill to keep my payments down. He didn't tell me a few things:1.) He was signing me up for a new line, and b/c I'd have to wait on my new phone, my next bill would be double2.) There was a chance I wouldn't get to keep my old number, and would lose it indefinitely -- this alone could have spelled catastrophe for my email and bank account access.3.) If I would have just made payments on the phone, it only would have increased my bill 10 dollars a month or so... so I would have spent like 700 bucks that day....For pretty much NO REASON (wait for what happens next, luck was on my side).Luckily, there was an issue with my payment, I believe because they put the address in wrong. I got a rep in India - who was wildly more useful - who got me an upgraded iphone for 730 dollars off, but I didn't need to do the insanity of a new line, double payments, possibly losing my number, and, best of all, he didn't have commission breath. Wild. B/c I was starting to think there wasn't a single Verizon employee with an ounce of integrity left.They'll help you at this store alright, so long as they make a good commission off you!I get it guys. We're in LA. You gotta' make a living and it's tough. It's the California way. But if you're reading this. Learn from my mistake. Just don't go in if there's anything technical, no, really anything you need at all. Figure it out online. Figure it out on the phone. Don't waste your time here at the commission cafe.

It was bad enough having to fend off relentless upsell attempts (e.g. adding a line completely unnecessarily), but they actually charged me for something they never asked me for, and the process of getting it off my account has been challenging. This store is horrible. Filled with scammers and rip off artists. They added an extra unwanted line and charged me hundreds of dollars and on top of that my bill is now over $150 MORE a months. Stay far away. Literally any other store. They are sketchy Scammers here. I even went back in to get it fixed and the dude just hid my other number. STAY AWAY!!

Great experience upgrading my phone with Devin today. Walked in on a Saturday and had no wait. The store was busy, but it seemed like they had enough staff to help everyone out quickly enough. Devin guided me through the options and was very clear about the prices for each one.
