Lawrence made switching from T-Mobile to Verizon painless, fast and efficient. He was able to get me almost $800 off my new phone despite my old one being really damaged. Recommended me an ultimate plan for my travel needs as my job requires me to be on the go a ton. He also educated me on the benefits of Verizon’s mobile protection plan as well as drop protection case and glass screen protector. Even transferred all my data to new phone and emails. I really felt taken care of and feel good about my switch to Verizon

I really am confused at the one star reviews. This store is quite amazing, and the ONLY ACTUAL VERIZON STORE nearby. Every other store is a 3rd party and shady....
I worked with Katelyn and she was absolutely amazing. Wow. White glove, excellent service. All the other workers I can see are very helpful as well, along with a clean sleek vibe and atmosphere. Do not go other Verizon's in the area.... Go to this one.

The store is amazing Sandy and Noah are amazing to help me when i stop by at the store… but the two stars is for the GM i think her name is SONYA!! She is a horrible person she has a evil negative soul towards us the customers i heard her say to the employees to be rude to every customer and to sell us stuff we don’t need!! her attitude is horrible i been coming to this store for 1 year and wow verizon need to fix her up before they start losing customers!!! Or getting sued !! She needs anger management classes !!! I’m an owner of a coffee shop and I treat my employees like family and keep them happy!! I keep a happy environment and not in a toxic and unhealthy environment like Sonya to her employees!! Please verizon fix this store i love verizon and this store i been a loyal customer for 20 plus years for my business I might be old but I know how to keep my business running in a healthy environment!!

Noah was so helpful. I had some technical issues and was so lucky to come in while he was working because he took the extra time to figure out how to help me, called Verizon support number on my behalf and just generally didn't give up until everything was done right. Got above & beyond service for sure.

This corporate store is a nightmare. The employees don't solve your problems and waste a ton of your time. They have no idea what they are doing. After a week of the runaround I finally got help at the Torrance store. Despite all the one star negative reviews nothing seems to change.

I regret to inform you that my recent experience at the Verizon store on Wilshire was nothing short of disappointing. This was our second attempt at seeking assistance from this particular establishment, and unfortunately, it was just as dreadful as the first.
Upon entering the store, my frustration escalated as my phone abruptly lost service in the middle of the day, despite numerous attempts to troubleshoot the issue. I promptly explained the situation upon signing in, hoping for a swift resolution. However, after a 20-minute wait, during which time we were informed that the store was closing soon despite conflicting information online, a staff member finally approached us.
Instead of addressing our concerns with any sense of urgency or professionalism, the individual in question displayed a shocking lack of courtesy and competence. After briefly engaging with us, she abruptly left without explanation, only to return moments later with a dismissive attitude. When I requested assistance navigating the Verizon app, she rudely declined, insisting on my providing identification and asserting her role as a manager rather than a helper.
As a customer who invests significantly in Verizon services, maintaining six lines and contributing a substantial sum annually, I expect a certain level of respect and competence from the staff. Unfortunately, my experience at this store has left me feeling unwelcome and undervalued as a patron.
In conclusion, the unprofessional behavior and lack of customer service exhibited during my visit to the Verizon store on Wilshire have severely tarnished my perception of the company. I cannot recommend this location to anyone seeking reliable assistance or a positive customer experience.

Russian speakers advise you to go with a translator, if you take the phone you should definitely consult on everything, I was simply deceived! Be very vigilant and be sure to have a translator! Be sure to check the prices and how much you will pay every month!

I am very disappointed and upset at the customer service here at the store. I am a brand new customer that set up a new line and purchased a new phone through an online agent. The agent told me I can drop my old phone here and the store employees would help me set up my new phone and port my tmobile number to my new verizon account. When I walked into the store all the employees were having a conversation doing nothing. I told them I came here to pick up my new phone. Some short Mexican guy with glasses went to the back to get it for me and said "here you go have a nice day" and was eager to going back to his coworkers conversation. I asked him "wait, aren't you going to help me set this phone up and port my phone number?" He said "yeah but I'll have to charge you 30 dollars, but you can do it yourself and call verizon customer service for free". I then asked "what about my old phone trade in? Can I drop it off here? He replied "no, you have to wait for the mail kit and mail it off". Coming from Tmobile, Tmobile helped me with everything free of charge when i was with them. My experience at Verizon so far, left a bad taste and I am second guessing staying with this company.

Went in there yesterday, having to Switch phones. Christian helped me out. He was awesome. Very kind and helpful. My experience at the store was totally different than the one in Culver City. I highly recommend them, or at least Christian!

Hi there,Finally, I have time to complain about this location store.(2530 Wilshire Blvd.) My issue had been on 12/6/2023. I was going to pick up my home internet device. And I am not their customer but I am looking for another provider for my phone lines. Anyhow, long story but short: I had staff her name was 'GRACE' helped me out. She mentioned about my 1st bill is going to be very high and it costs me $886.88. But she said; I've had credit $200 and my bill will decrease. So even though my bill goes down but still too much for two phone lines and home internet.However, I don't know why she add extra 7 phone lines in my plans. What was going on here?? NO wonder why my 1st bill costs me a lot. This was bother me at all times till I went to Verizon located at 2712 Main St, Santa Monica on 12/27/2023. I asked them if anybody can help me solve this problem. I told them what happened and they were shocking!!...of course me too..still in shock!! I had staff name ARTURO he helped me out and called the customer service to delete extra phone numbers. All staff there apologized for the issue that I'd got from another location. Very nice of them. ARTURO said to me; you deserve a credit form that store.Then on 12/30/2023 I went to a store where I'd got my issue bill and asked for my credit!... WHAT A SHAME OF THEM????.!!!!...As I am a consumer and I am a customer of VERIZON. I chose your company with my trust and something went wrong with your customer but you DID NOT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY. I did not remember the name who I talked to that day. BUT I REMEMBER HER FACE. SHE said: they were deleted all the phone number and we can't give you a credit. THAT WAS IT!!! If you were me, how were you going to feel after you had been FRAUD by their staff???To be honest, I did not want a credit but I WANT YOUR RESPONSIBILITY and A QUALITY OF STAFF who knowledge and treat customer right. I want GRACE to be FIRED.
