Nielsen way is the best USPS customer service in Santa Monica. Early is best for free on-site parking, but lots of metered city parking across the street.

Takes way too long as they have one person working here at a time. Wait times could be anywhere from 10 minutes to 1 hour a person which is unacceptable.

Very nice experience here! I arrived about 30 minutes after opening and there was no line. Manny was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Good vibes here. Don’t pay much attention to the bad reviews, this is a good spot.

Manny is the man! I was expecting the worst given these reviews, but they were great! Manny moved the line so efficiently. While payments were processing he'd field people's questions in line. I.e. don't wait the while line just to learn you have the wrong envelope.He even gave me a free sparkling water once he noticed that I had a cough!

I dropped a package with a shipping label in the yellow bin on the inside next to the register because nobody was there to help. I noticed 2 letters in the bin I put my package on top. Next day I noticed the package was still not scanned. So I went up there today to drop off another package and to check on the old one and I looked in the bin and the same 2 letters were still in there and my package was gone. So I asked the front desk lady she said it’s not their job to scan my package and it’s not the drivers job. So now I have a missing package and the lady got mad at me as if it was my fault. What is going on over here. If you don’t like your job get a different one. We don’t want your attitude in our community. We need good customer service

It’s 5/19/2023 10am I went there to drop off my packages for my online business and I noticed the package I dropped off the day before at 9:30am in the side been was not scanned upon pickup. When it’s not scanned my customers and I are unable to track the package and therefor cannot prove delivery. I’ve had to refund for this mistake. When I asked the girl with short hair behind the counter to help me find it. She said it’s not here job to scan the package. Then she gave me attitude as if I did something wrong. We all have stuff on our plates and I understand that but the customer service she provided was horrible and her attitude was uncalled for. Train your people better .

Super cute post office that is in my neighborhood. The parking lot is a small so be aware of that. Awesome customer service.

Always a terrible customer service experience for the past two years. I understand government officials and not being efficient or caring, but they take it to whole new level. FedEx or UPS better options.

I'm sorry to say that although this location is close to me, it is very bleak and the two customer service people seem to be extremely miserable and can be downright rude. After my most recent experience I will think twice before going there again.
