I couldn't wait the three months for my upcoming appointment, so decided to cancel and rebook elsewhere. Unfortunately I wasn't able to cancel online, and had to call in and wait on infinite hold. I finally gave up. Just bad.

My first time here. The front desk not clear about parking validation rule and was not willing to help . I end up paying $12 for the parking. It's not what the website states free parking.

My appt was at 8:45 pm and they got me in 20 minutes early. I was anxious about having the IV and the MRI overall, and the technician was extremely kind and helpful. I was done around 9:15 pm so it was much faster than I anticipated. I have had 8 MRIs in my lifetime and this was by far one of the nicest places I have been!
