I recently transferred my medications to this pharmacy, and I couldn’t be more delighted! The staff is incredibly helpful, ensuring my medications are always filled promptly and without any waiting time for pick up. What's even better is their accessibility; unlike chain pharmacies, it's easy to reach them. They recognize you when you call and consistently go above and beyond to provide assistance.

Sara is such a kind professional. She answered all of my questions and made very good suggestions about what supplements I could take to help with my chronic migraines. I really appreciate medical professionals who genuinely care about their clients.

I am a new zepbound user. I tried this pharmacy at the suggestion of my dr. as he said folks were able to get zepbound from this location when it first hit the market in Dec. Here's the long and short - the gentlemen at the front desk and the lead pharmacist at first were great, friendly, and accommodating. They asked about filling other prescriptions and to tell a friend. I was excited to refer them and use them for all my needs. I submitted a refill request online Tuesday 2/6 and drove from culver city to pick up the prescription on 2/8. The prescription wasn't ready but the gentlemen at the front desk was apologetic and asked me to call back. When I did call I was told I had to call my dr. Then I was told they would request a refill but I still needed to call my dr. to move things. I had to do the same last month to get my prescription filled. No one gave me the courtesy of a call on Tuesday 2/6 to advise I reach out to my dr. When I expressed my frustration and explained that I wanted to stay with them but wasn't happy with this process, the head pharmacist said, "That's fine you can take your business elsewhere"". So that's exactly what I have done - moved my prescription to a CVS 3 min from my house. Key Take-away - The lead pharmacist/possible business owner has a lot to learn about small business customer service. As a result, I can't and won't recommend this pharmacy. Toni Culver City

I did my externship at tri tech rx pharmacy with Dr Sara amazing experience with her and the team.I learn so much with her. I don't have enough words to appreciate what she did for me. I really recommend this pharmacy, is so welcome and they treat you as a family . Mercy ?By the way I got my B12 shot and vitamin C shot feel better than ever I'm so energetic ?

This is by far my favorite pharmacy in Santa Monica. Their service is great and what sets them apart from places like CVS and RiteAid is the personal attention you receive. Sara and her staff care for your well-being and that's invaluable.

This pharmacy is amazing! The staff treats you like family, they offer convenient delivery services, and they proactively handle my monthly medication refills. I appreciate that they even contact my doctor when I need a prescription refill. I highly recommend this pharmacy

This place is a hidden gem. I was welcome with a warm and friendly staff. I found all of my favorite supplements and skin care; they carry everything I’m looking for more than just medication – they offer vitamins shots and supplements with good quality! Their B-complex injection was a breeze, expertly administered with a gentle touch.The interior is a masterpiece of aesthetics, making it a delightful place to browse. In addition they have free delivery services! Convenience and care, all in one package, which I really loved about it… :)I’ll be returning for prescriptions and OTC products, highly recommended.

I transferred my prescriptions from Walgreens to Tri Tech RX around six months ago, and the experience has been nothing short of exceptional. Sarah and her staff are incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable; they make you feel like family, not just a customer. Their service is personal, fast, and efficient—gone are the days of waiting endlessly for prescriptions to be filled and then waiting in long lines to pick them up. Plus, at Tri Tech, they work proactively with my healthcare provider, which has taken a significant burden off my shoulders. It’s clear that this pharmacy prioritizes customer care above everything else. Supporting this small, privately owned business has been a rewarding decision. I can’t recommend them enough!

I recently transferred all of my prescriptions to this pharmacy after having a terrible experience at another one. I was pleasantly surprised to find that not only was this pharmacy able to match or beat the prices of my previous pharmacy, but the level of service and attention to detail was unlike anything I've ever experienced. The staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and they went above and beyond to make sure all of my medications were in order. I highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone looking for a unique and personalized experience.

The pharmacist is incredibly nice and knowledgeable and goes beyond her way to make sure her customers are happy. They have a wide selection of products, and their prices are very reasonable. They also deliver and have extended working hours to accommodate their customers. I will definitely be returning as a regular customer!!
