I bought my very first car here and had a wonderful experience. I saw the car online and Jonathan Miron went above and beyond so I can see it, get a feel for it and finally leave with it. As a woman going car shopping by myself I had a few annoyingly bad experiences before but Johnny took me seriously, was very kind, helpful and attentive and made this a very smooth process. Obviously buying a used car you have to do your homework but here I felt people were considerate, kind and fair.

Came here for a service appointment at 11:50. Was told it would take two hours which already seemed long, but when I came back after two hours they said it would be another thirty minutes. Checked back in thirty minutes later only to be told they hadn't even started working on it and it would be another hour. Absolutely ridiculous. It seems simple to not allow so many appointments to be scheduled that it takes 2.5 hours just to start working on a standard servicing.

I had a terrible experience at this dealership. When I took my car in for the first time, the person, David, who helped me lacked experience and professionalism. After explaining everything, I had to call Toyota directly to report the problem with the dealership. When I asked if I had to schedule a new service, I was told to look for the right person. I regretted not going back to the dealer where I bought my car because they did not fix it. When I called Toyota, the same person was surprised at what they told me and opened a case to find a solution. This is the second time I've tried to repair my car under a 3-year guarantee, and they wanted me to pay $260.00 for the diagnosis, which is not understandable whether or not it is covered by the warranty. I would never recommend this dealership.

Came here yesterday determined to get a new car and David Jimenez took great care of me! We spent a few hours taking a look at a few cars, driving 2, and he really worked with me to get me a great deal on this brand new Toyota Camry! So so happy :)

I've had the pleasure of owning my Toyota Mira for 6 months now, purchased from Santa Monica Toyota, and I must say, it's been a fantastic experience! The fuel efficiency has been a game-changer, saving me money on gas costs. The compact design makes it perfect for navigating Santa Monica's streets, and the interior is surprisingly spacious. The reliability and durability of the vehicle have also been impressive. But what really made the experience stand out was the exquisite service I received from A.J. and Gene at Santa Monica Toyota. Their knowledge, helpfulness, and professionalism made the buying process seamless and enjoyable. Overall, I'm thoroughly enjoying my Toyota Mira and would highly recommend Santa Monica Toyota, especially A.J. and Gene, to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient vehicle.

I have bought and leased more than ten cars over the years for me and my family. I have never seen unprofessional staff like the ones at this dealership. They try to be very nice when you are trying to buy but the minute you sign and leave it's a whole different staff. I bought two cars for my kids going to college. One car had only one set of keys. They promised me to order the second set and would be coming within a month. It has been one and a half years, and I am still waiting. I called them so many times and every time I call to inquire, they always promise to investigate it and get back to me. Never happened, No one ever took the time to give me an answer. No manager ever took the time to follow up. I had to call Toyota Corporate office to try to get a solution. Hopefully, Toyota will get this done right.
Don't make this mistake and get fooled with them being nice when you go to buy. I would go to any other dealership.

I swear my key fob wasn't working..I get to toyota..someone comes over right away..next thing I know is the fob worked..no charge..they're kind & courteous

Horrible dealership. They are nothing more than scammers. Bought a car from them that when I first saw, didn’t have floor mats or a second key. Before I signed the paperwork, they assured me the car had both and they would give it to me. After I paid for the car, they said they wouldn’t give me either. Stay far away. These guys will scam you and lie to get you to overpay for their cars.

I was lied to about my warranty, haggled with on my price, and never got my full paperwork.
After several attempts to get a hold of them they finally sent me limited documents.
I called to speak to my sales rep to clarify why he told me I have 3 Years/36,000 Miles for my warranty but Toyota sent an email saying it was 2 years/25,000 Miles - I was told he no longer works there. I go the car 10 days ago and my sales person already left and no one was willing to help.
Finance department was pushy and not nice at all.
