Tried asking some simple questions about my Toyota that I purchased there. I guess since it is a 2005 and I do not want a new one I am not important. Was transferred to 3 different areas where the 3rd on just pick up phone and then hung up.

I recently visited this dealership's service center and found the experience to be quite disappointing. They were unable to diagnose the issue with my car and only reset the electrical system. Unfortunately, the problem returned within a month. When I brought it back, they still couldn't determine the cause and informed me that they needed to order a part, which would take a month to arrive. I ended up waiting for an hour just to hear that they hadn't resolved anything.
Now, over a month later, I still haven't received any updates. I tried reaching out to the service center manager, but he hasn't responded either. It's frustrating when the service staff seems indifferent, especially when their manager doesn't prioritize customer care.

So far it's the place where I plan to buy a car from even though it's ways from were I live . They have been helpful with the info regarding the car I want to purchase or lease . I still have to go , once I get the green light from the wife I'll make a call & set up an appointment .

I own a 2001 Toyota Mr2 Spyder manual and I got a bad jump which is why I brought my car in. It was a pleasurable experience setting up my appointment and when I dropped my car off Immanuel gave me premium customer service! He helped me better understand the Toyota process and I rest assured my car was in good hands. Thank you Immanuel and the whole team I definitely recommend this location and I'll be back!

Recently we went to Toyota of Santa Monica.. We were just looking at small commuter used cars. We worked with Ray who is an excellent sales person, and Gene help help us with finance. We ended up with a 2024 Toyota Corolla. Thank you both for all your help, and the great customer service. I would definitely recommend you to my friends and family. I will definitely be back when we need another car!

Leased a vehicle that has a defective Bluetooth system. Requested sales team to Make a reasonable deal for me to return vehicle and start a new lease. Santa Monica Toyota completely refused to help make a deal despite the vehicle having a software vs hardware malfunction. Would not recommend this dealership as my brand-new car is not working properly and the dealer is NOT willing to help a customer that has leased their 4th (3-year lease) in a row with Toyota.

Dropped my car off at 10am for an oil change, tire rotation and coolant exchange. After being told my car was no longer under warranty I said I'll go to Valvoline. They said no they will price match since I was already there. I've waited for 4 HOURS AND still DO NOT HAVE MY CAR BACK. I complained to the Manager and got a refund however...Once, I got my car back the air was on over 80 degrees, the sticker was still old. The maintenance warning was still on AND THE COOLANT WAS SHOWING HOT. It's like nothing was done

I bought a used 2019 car from them. A few months later the engine blew. I realize now I might have been scammed. It almost seems like they buy broken cars, put bandaids on them and then resell them at full price. Not even an apology from owner Mike Sullivan after speaking with him. He probably is too busy counting all his money while he ruins peoples lives. I'll only be buying from Carmax in the future. I hope places like this all go out of business.
