The store is well located, they welcomed us and were friendly, they looked for what we ordered and brought it to us quickly, it is very well stocked, they have many brands and the store is large with a great variety?????, sports clothing, ?shoes ?

Amazing customer service for a return and trying on shoes !!! Thank you ! There was an issue with my dr martens Oxfords and the sales associates resolved the matter so well!

Ghetto as soon as I walked in the security guard was wearing a ski mask whilst singing his vulgar music out loud and continued to creepily stare at my daughter and I.While looking at shoes I don't know if it was because his music, or if it was directed towards us but a middle finger came from him him. I made it as quick as possible to get out, although the first experience was questionable m the young lady who checked us out was kind and fast.

I was in the changing room for maybe 5 minutes when one of the employees began knocking on the door. This wasn’t to find a fitting room for someone else. It felt like they thought I was stealing, as the same employee kept following me around when I was browsing. I walked from The Fairmont hotel to find a bathing suit last minute because the day by the pool was warmer than expected and I didn’t feel like driving home for one. Either way it made me really uncomfortable and I felt profiled for being black. Maybe don’t do that in the middle of a customer changing into a bathing suit.

I shop at this location often. Most of the staff is always very helpful. Lorena especially, shes always so helpful and willing to go above and beyond. Shes very friendly and her customer service is always excellent. She makes me love this location.

At Universal Studios Hollywood. Unmotivated employees. I am a tourist and when I came home I saw that they forgot to remove the security locker of my Jeans. So i have to visit a store again.

I dashed in for a Blk. beanie and was shown where they are by a nice dark- haired girl. Then I asked Alex for mens sox and he was so kind pointing to where they were. I then checked out and was helped by Yahir who was super nice and kind! Lovely attitude Yahir! A very nice experience here! Thank You! Donna

Didn't end up shopping here but had a very nice interaction with Dora while trying to find last minute swimwear for a vacation. She really went above and beyond to try to service me and I really appreciated that.
