For me is the distance convenience from where I live. But also the customer service that I received. I was greeted with such a great attitude! The person behind the counter was very pleasant, polite, friendly and very professional. So that is extremely important to me.

This is the first time I’ve felt moved to call the manager of a UPS store to commend an employee. I parked in front of this location and started to pull out a heavy, large Amazon return. Justin (I think that was his name; he looked about 15 and was Asian; reminded me of my son who is not as proactive as this wonderful gentleman) stepped out of the store and carried the box in for me. Never in the many instances I’ve made an Amazon return at a UPS store has this ever happened to me. Manager, please give this young man a raise! I will be doing all of my Amazon returns at your location henceforth!

Excellent service at this location! Both Octavio and Jason are very knowledgeable and friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. I would recommend this location for their efficiency and great service.

Love this store. Octavio (the owner and manager) is the BEST! He personally makes the store feel like your “friendly neighborhood store” that is so rare these days. And everyone else who works here is great too. Amazing experience every time. Today, I went to do a simple Amazon return and it was very easy…and then Octavio gave my 2 year old son a balloon! :)

Frankly, did not know a ups experience could be so lovely. I will be looking forward for another opportunity to return to this ups. The two young gentlemen at this location were so competent and friendly and I would trust these men with my life. No shipping problem too difficult. Corporate should make them ceo. Thank you, ups ocean park for reminding me what it means to be alive.
