I've used the UPS to drop off any returns I have already in prepaid labels. There's usually street parking available. I've not had it to wait in line It's clean and personnel is friendly. It's simple and quick for me to drop off. Does it job

The folks who work here are EXCELLENT and highly professional. They are busy and handle the flow of customers well, and make things easy. Convenient, fast, and very friendly.

Their guest printing is down so now they're UPCHARGING TO ACCEPT EMAILS TO PRINT YOUR DOCUMENTS. Why are you charging me to send you an email? Printing should be DISCOUNTED because I can't print it on my own! $5 for 3 papers like what??

This is literally the rudest UPS store that I've ever visited. Unfortunately it's the closest & most convenient for me. Every time I go in, I think there's no way they could always have horrible customer service and yet they do. I find myself going out of my way to the post office box for better customer service but my needs are better fulfilled at a UPS store. Ugh. The employees here have the temperament fitting of a dmv worker.

I have been coming to this UPS location for over five years now. There is a new woman (perhaps a manager) working the desk, and she is absolutely awful. One of least pleasant, least polite, least helpful person I’ve interacted with. If you need a UPS store, go anywhere but here!

I came in around 3:45 p.m. on a Monday, and they had no line. I just needed to make one return to Amazon, and I already had a shipping label, so it was super quick.

I've always had a seamless experience dropping pre-paid packages off here. Friendly staff. Compelled to leave a review because one of the staff helped me find my package that I had dropped off a couple hours earlier in order to add something to it!

I would rather drive to another location then ever come back to this location due to the staffs rudeness. Very condescending.
