We recently had the pleasure of working with Mimi as our real estate agent when my husband and I were looking to buy our first condo.Mimi was instrumental in helping us secure our mortgage, and her expert guidance and advice throughout the buying process made everything easier to navigate.Thanks to Mimi's innovative offer strategy, we were able to win a bidding contest for our dream condo. Her professionalism and attention to detail made a huge difference.What impressed us the most about Mimi was her level of CARE that exceeded our expectations. Rude and disrespectful in a people relationship business. Lack of communication. Sherry Noel did not deign to speak to the other agent in the transaction. Even where after making a 7 figure offer Ms Noel did not have the decency to contact agent personally or respond to any questions. This was not about a counter. This was about the agent lack of personal common courtesy. No one is that busy. Nada personal communication finally a text from an assistant. I would never want my agent to be that rude to possible buyers if she was my selling agent. And i would not list with her because of rudeness

From the first phone call Mimi has been a super pleasure to work with. Her super fun attitude, her willingness to help out at a moments notice is second to none. We had an amazing experience working with Nicole VIault and The Noel Team. Nicole is friendly, caring, hardworking, and the ultimate professional. My girlfriend and I are moving to Santa Monica from New York City next month. Given the distance and timing, we were unable to travel to the LA area to look at places to live prior to the move. We began looking for condos/single family homes on Zillow with little luck. Thankfully, we reached out to a property that was represented by Nicole and the Noel Team. Although the timing didn't work out for that specific home, Nicole went out of her way to assist us with our entire search from that point on. She set up a call to learn more about us and our preferences. For the next two months, Nicole would send us weekly listings in the Santa Monica Area that aligned with our discussion. If we liked a property, Nicole would set up a tour and go take videos and pictures to share with us. She would then call us with honest feedback and pros and cons about each property. Nicole made a stressful process extremely simple and enjoyable. I would HIGHLY recommend working with Nicole VIault and The Noel Team!Nicole - Thank you so much for all your help. We would not have been able to find a place to live in Santa Monica without you!

Alexander, Sherri and the whole Noel Team (including Jade and Gigi) were amazing, professional and made the sale of my condo a surprisingly low stress experience. They work together seamlessly and coordinated everything - staging, handyman work, marketing, making keys, etc. I sold my condo for well over asking, all cash and a quick close. Alexander offered wonderful guidance and was super responsive and always there to help. I really appreciated not having to check-in on the smaller details because I knew the team was on it. I was consistently impressed throughout the process. Would 100% recommend using them without hesitation.
