After a negative experience at Credo store I tried The detox market in Santa Monica and I was impressed how different it was. The Asian girl who helped me is very kind, professional and lovely. I highly recommend this store.

Awful customer service at the Santa Monica (Montana) location. There was nobody in the store and the girls (reddish hair and brown hair) were too busy chatting and giggling instead of assisting me. Avoid this store!!

As a cancer survivor, I usually have had a great shopping experience here - and I applaud their products. But I discovered today that when Shay isn’t working no one will help you unless you present as wealthy. Yay Shay, but boo for everyone else there. I guess I have to figure out how to buy these clean products online.
