I love this location. Most feel the parking is sketchy but you just need to be informed of where to park. There's a public parking space the next building over and you can park there 90 minutes free or meter street parking Miguel was a great assistant for my services

The staff is very unprofessional and kind of rude.Their knowledge of their own products, plans and services is almost zero.The person who tried to supposedly help me was not even following what I was saying so I just left.Very unsatisfied with their service considering I have been a customer for 15 years.

Jazmine made upgrading my iphone experience seamless and efficient! She had extensive knowledge in all of my questions regarding which phone was best suitable for me and was very genuine. I will definitely return because of my experience at this location with her!

After spending almost 4 hours at the Apple Store, I walked into this T-Mobile location to get a new iPhone and I'm extremely satisfied with the excellent customer service provided to me by Cesar. He even stayed with me an hour after the store closed to help me set up my phone properly. Highly recommend!

Just completed my start-up business account setup. The T-Mobile corporate credit approval process was extremely thorough. The documentation requirements were extensive. Unfortunately the process required multiple trips over a couple of weeks to the 4th and Wilshire store to get all the documentation presented and properly submitted to the corporate office. The process could have been extremely frustrating. I was very very fortunate to have the direct assistance of the store manager, Cesar, to help me navigate the process and to personally manage the T-Mobile corporate account communications. Cesar was highly professional, available, cordial and dedicated in his assistance to me and my company get the account established and operational to our exact requirements. His follow-through was exceptional, and tenacious! I cannot recommend this store and his service highly enough. Thank you Cesar! Marc

This is my 3rd time coming in.It’s a pretty well informed staff for a busy location. I walked in and one of the staff members quickly jotted my name down on the list - depending on who’s before you, I waited maybe 5-15 mins.For a quick SIM card switch it takes 5 mins.If you are setting up for a new Apple Watch - maybe 25-45 mins depending. They were so nice, even if they were suppose to have their lunch break - they made sure I was finished & satisfied.You can tell that their team gets along and it shows. I had help from Cesar, Monica and Eva. They were quick to walk me through the process each time I came in.Thank you so much!

Who hurt you, T-Mobile? The staff at this store (specifically, Cesar) must be scarred by past customer service experience expectations because he didn't hesitate to raise his voice and become verbally combative towards me immediately after I asked a question to clarify what was needed to access our account (Identification? A bill? Our firstborn child?). I asked Cesar if he could speak to me in a lower voice or different tone but was told in what I can only assume was his best Samuel L Jackson impression, "THIS IS HOW I TALK!" At the risk of being called Karen, I asked for the manager who let me know she was new to the store. She didn't appear to know what to do or how to handle the situation. T-Mobile, I hope you get the help you need. Until then, you're in my thoughts and prayers.
