I recently was touring apartments in Santa Monica and toured Sway with Britney. She made my apartment tour an outstanding experience. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive to my needs, answering all my questions thoroughly. Her enthusiasm for the property was contagious, and she highlighted all the key features beautifully. Highly recommend Britney for a top-notch apartment tour!

Living at Sway has been an absolute pleasure, and a huge part of that is thanks to the incredible property manager, Brittney Marquez. From the moment I stepped through the leasing office door, Brittney was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. She took the time to understand my needs and wants in an apartment, and showed me several options that perfectly fit the bill. Throughout the application process, Brittney was professional and efficient, making everything as smooth and stress-free as possible. But Brittney's awesomeness doesn't stop there! Since moving in, she's been incredibly responsive and on top of any request I've had, big or small. Whether it's a minor maintenance issue or a question about the building, she always addresses it promptly and efficiently. Brittney truly fosters a sense of community here at The Sway always greeting you back home with a big smile and super positive attitude. She's made living here a truly positive experience, and I can't recommend her or this building highly enough!

The units are poorly assembled. My Washing Machine leaks, the towel rack hangs loosely on the wall, and the microwave display is broken (this was all this way at move-in). Beyond that they frequently rent out their pool deck for events so if you have a unit by the pool be prepared to have third rate cover bands and DJ's blasting music loud enough that not even noice cancelling earphones will block out the sound in the evening.

We have worked with Danielle, the Sway management team, and the Sway residents a few times when they have us over for resident movie nights at their stunning pool area. It's always such a pleasure working with Danielle and the Sway team and they have the most friendly residents! The management team is so organized when it comes to throwing events and I have to say they throw some of the best resident events I have seen in the LA area! We look forward to working with the Sway team again soon!

Amazing location with killer amenities, especially for Santa Monica. The staff are super helpful and welcoming. Shoutout to Bart and Danielle who have helped me tremendously since my move in. They're always so accommodating. A hidden oasis for sure!

I moved in summer 2022 and have had absolutely no problems or concerns throughout the entire experience, everything has been so wonderful! I worked with Blanca through the leasing and move-in process and she was so kind and helpful. I had a lot of moving parts with my transition from Milwaukee to Santa Monica and the team at Sway made it so easy for me. The common areas are very well maintained, amenities always available at stated times, and there’s a very nice sense of community among the residents. If you are looking for a new apartment, I strongly recommend touring Sway!

I have been searching for apartments all throughout Santa Monica and Sway by far has been the best option for me and my needs. Not only is the community super clean, but the location is perfect. 10 mins away from the beach, and right across from target and Trader Joe’s makes my life more easy. And I can’t forget to mention how extremely helpful and awesome Danielle and Blanca have been through out the whole leasing experience. Always available to answer questions and just super warm and inviting. Highly recommend moving to Sway if your moving to Santa Monica area

I have lived here for 4 months now, and it has been great so far. The leasing office is absolutely outstanding!! They are responsive, attentive to detail and happy to help with whatever you need. The security guys are also great. They are all very on top of things, and are very good at managing this place. I enjoy seeing them whenever I walk in and out because they are so kind and pleasant. I greatly appreciate the leasing office being so helpful in my move-in and throughout my time here. They also coordinate such amazing events for residents. The location is also great being close enough to walk to the beach and with a Trader Joe’s and Target just a block away. There’s also a One Medical downstairs, so super convenient to see a Dr if you’re feeling under the weather. Having a gym and pool inside also is a nice perk. I am loving living here so far.

There are 10 EV chargers in the parking garage and literally none of them work. I specifically chose to live in this community because of the EV chargers. Slowly one by one they all stopped working. One is physically broken and hasn't been fixed in almost two years. The others have all slowly gone "offline" and only properly function on very rare occasions. What was the point of spending the money to install these chargers if you can't keep them operating? Many community members have relied on these chargers to get to work in the morning and now we have to look elsewhere. It's an enormous imposition to charge elsewhere when we could charge in the convenience of our own garage!

Great location, but was very taken aback by the very rude and unprofessioanl office staff (Marie). We moved into a corporate apartment funished by Suite America. During normal leasing office hours, she locks the door and you need to speak to her via locked doors. Asked to speak with her manager and was told "manager is on vacay and cannot take calls". When I asked her if she could call me post vacay, that was also not an option. :(
