Henry Urbana the manager who works at Spectrum Mobile in Santa Monica is amazing! so helpful and very tech-oriented he fixed my new phone and helped me resolve issues on my bill. WOW is all i can say ...he is the best!! I hope the Spectrum company knows what a jewel they have Thank, Pearl

I went to switch accounts to apply discount, and they didn't close the old account, they just open new one and I had to do the rest on the computer from home, SO basically they didn't help or do anything at all, just waste of time at the store.

skip this location. . they charge my credit card without asking for permission. without signature. he supposes to give me the free line that comes with purchase of one line. he instead charge my credit card for second line. so

I wound up a Spectrum customer after major struggles with Verizon and Frontier. Spectrum has become just about as bad as those two - weak to no signal. The latter means outages of differing lengths regularly. Slow signal, which means an impact with virtual platforms, e.g., I've now had to turn off my screen for Zoom and Teams to stay connected. My livelihood depends on my being able to be seen and lead meetings on these platforms. As I write this, my Santa Monica building has been without service for over 8 hours. I pay $20. extra monthly for their Ultra speed, which apparently makes no difference in quality of service. There have been 3 price increases in the last 3 years. There are other daily issues (beside the regular outages) - audio feed isn't in lip sync with visual such that words heard don't match what you see someone saying. This has begun to be something that happens multiple times a day! I have to shut down and turn on again. Spectrum Stinks.

Charged me for services that I explicitly declined. Poor customer service and was in a rush to get me out of the store in the first place. Called Spectrum to file a complaint - of course they said there was nothing we could do. Garbage, at every level...but hey, what can we do!

They promised me i could pay off my bill later.So payed the first payment.Stoped my hook up just lied to me.Then they froze my payment and wont apply it to my balance.Now i cant get cable for the holidays.Worst liars and crooks.

Was told by the spectrum chat support that I needed an updated console in order to downgrade my tv plan. Went to this location and they said stores rarely have this model. They said they put in an order for it to ship to my house and it never came. This was like 3-4 months ago.

I was mislead. I’m so mad and disappointed about Spectrum in general. What happened is that I upgraded my iPhone 13 Pro Max in excellent conditions (also I had since the beginning insurance) they told me if I upgraded to the 15 they can only offer me 375 dls + 100 for the promo. For me was too little but I accepted. Passed over 3 weeks and I received a notification that they will only pay me back 37 dls due to physical damage (it’s a joke). I called in today, spent 1 hr waiting and they didn’t even help me at all… they said since it’s being 14 days I can’t return back the iPhone 15. I’m so pissed.. I’ll try to sue them

This review is based on their location. I had to circle several blocks and was unable to find parking . There is a parking structure a block away . I decided after 15 minutes of driving around to pass .

Juan is the kindest & efficient Spectrum employee. He came within 30 mins of a chat request, fixed a down cable wire, tightened it and another loose hanging cable and made it a pleasure to have an issue! Thank you Spectrum & Juan!!
