We (California Medical Imaging Associates) purchased equipment from spectrum ~a year and a half ago. Everything works great, beautiful image quality, they have always provided great customer service for our team, and the engineers are top notch.

I would strongly suggest against working with this company, Horrible customer service and horrible business etiquette. Also, the owner is an obnoxious, greedy, dishonest man.
