Absolutely horrendous customer service. Ordered the disco bra for Halloween and never received it. Order was cancelled bc apparently went out of stock and I have yet to receive a refund. Lost count of how many emails I have sent with no resolution. buyer beware!!

Extremely cute shop. Shop owner /designer was so friendly and beautiful. Loved all the unique, gorgeous sparkly fashion items. I bought a pair of high wedge opalescent open toe sandals with jewels and butterflies. Can't wait to wear them this summer in Italy. ???

Sparkl Fairy has a okay selection of items that are good looking.Anyways I went in within the last year to inquire about a few items for my wife or daughter. The items are nice but selection of colors at that time were limited. I was looking at a few items in both a lighter and darker color. The woman staff member at that time was friendly and helpful but was very pushy to get a sale. Which is understandable but once they don’t have a specific item in stock at the moment they should help by giving them (the customer) some information about when those items will be available again so they can purchase. And not try to be pushy about other items that don’t fit their needs.Other than that I do suggest them!

Do not order from here! Ordered boots and tried to return them. No return labels! Would’ve cost $90 (cheapest option) from UPS to return!!! Awful just TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Everything is super cute. Loved everything and loved what i got. Staff was very friendly and attentive… BUT i payed way too much for what i could have payed. I was told i was getting a hookup. Ended up paying 500$ … i wanted to test how much it would cost online. And put everything in cart. Plus added a discount code and i could have only payed 300$…. So if you have a discount code, just get your stuff online. Because in store, you are not getting that hookup they told you, you were gonna get. Overall. I love my items.

Stumbled into this adorable store owned by a very warm and welcoming young woman. I came in with a specific vision for a statement boot and not a lot of hope. I'm going to a themed party and needed a little sparkle to match my dress. I couldn't believe when I found a pair that was exactly what I needed, and looked even better than I could have pictured. Honestly more affordable than I would have expected too.Gabi happily went back and found a fresh pair in my size. I was impressed when she introduced herself as the stylist! So much talent and a good eye. I found a wonderful coat with faux fur cuffs that I just loved and I will be going back for with my husband's credit card.

Such a cute store! The owner, Gabi, is super sweet and talented! She doesn’t only run the store but makes it a super fun and positive experience for shoppers. A truly great place to visit with high quality hand-made clothing, shoes and accessories! If you like pastel, iridescent and fluffy things, this is truly the place to be! Definitely consider visiting this store or check out the website, you will not be disappointed!

I ordered the Pink Puffy knee high boot on Nov 1. I didnt know this was was a preorder situation but ok. I was expecting the shipping info to come by the 9th and still nothing. They said the inventory would be in by the 15th and still nothing. It's now the 21st and STILL NOTHING!. No communication from them either. Very unprofessional.

I was headed to the promenade and walked right passed Sparkl Fairy Couture, a fashion boutique pulled straight out of a fairytale. I was immediately greeted by a beautiful fairy named Ashlie. She showed me around the store and styled an entire outfit for me. My favorite purchase was my glitter boots (see pics). The boots are my favorite and I get compliments EVERYWHERE! The clothes are niche and made for people who aren't afraid of standing out and looking fabulous. If you're not daring enough to buy a full outfit, buy single items. Everything in this store has the potential to add just a little extra oomph to your wardrobe.

I love this store! I've been seeing Gabi since 2018 for my rave, daily life, and festival fashion She even designed my graduation dress that everyone loved. If there was ever an issue with my clothing, aka size too small or any tears, she would have it fixed for me. She is size inclusive. All you have to do is ask her to custom make a fit for your size and she will help you out! Love her

The store is amazing! Any female who is a rainbow colorful galactic goddess will absolutely love this sparkly feminine glorious store! The pieces are so cute, girly, original, and divine! I really hope the brand takes off, and I wish the business owner nothing but complete success! I really admire her efforts starting her own beautiful brand, and having her gorgeous store in Santa Monica! I have been ordering her stuff through her newsletter, and I happened to accidentally stumble onto her actual storefront in Santa Monica during my trip there. I was so happy to get to see it in the flesh! And get to meet the owner! I highly recommend the store and the clothes are really good quality as well!!

Super scammy shop. My daughter had her eyes for quite some time on a coat from here. She's been saving up her money for this $250 coat. Today we receive an email saying there's a big sale on the website of 45%. So excitedly we click the page to see the coat has been bumped up to $300 and for a "savings" of $60 you can get the coat for $240. The owner straight up lied when I reached out to see if the coat was increased in price. Very grateful to have read all the reviews here about this businesses bad practices.
