Great shoes, however, do not order offline. Shoe dazzle, Inc slick you know what, has been trying to steal money out of my account for three weeks after I purchased a pair of very gorgeous long boots from their catalog. I do not recommend ordering off their website.

Don’t buy anything from this website!The website is a scam!My wife bought a pair of shoes last month and she charged more than the price in the website and next month she automatically charged $50 again!Never try that site! They will keep your credit card information and they will recharge you next months!

Cheap shoes that are too big or too small then they have u get vip sounds good till they take your money 40 every month and do send you your shoes they are not a good business will take place because they lock u in with fraud

I cancel my account and subcscription with Representative Toffee on September 6th of 2020 and then here comes October 7th of 2020 now Representative Kenneth has to cancel it again. I am not understanding this. I even asked to speak to a Supervisor and he did not let me speak to one at all. I am going to find out the real number for corporate to make sure this is handle. He has me on hold for so long to the point that I can discuss how I really feel on a Google review concerning this matter. #WednesdayOct7thof2020

I really like ShoeDazzle.....for the most part. I have gotten many cute shoes from them and have been a member for years. I've seen the quality get better overtime. You will bump into a few challenges though. Their website isn't user friendly. It's SUPER tricky, and the prices will mess you up. They always try to over-inflate the regular prices to make it seem like you're getting a deal, when you're really not. They don't let you purchase sale items with regular priced items unless you call in to do it over the phone. They make it seem like the VIP membership makes you VIP...which it doesnt. That's really the only option to be a member. The checkout is the WORST. They always try to sneak in their annual magazine into your purchase options. If you delete it and refresh the page for any reason, they'll try to sneak it in there every time. It's a VERY VERY sneaky checkout page. You have to double check to make sure you're not getting screwed, because if you don't look over every item and double check the price they're charging you...you'll get screwed 100%. The return is also a hassle if you're trying to return more than one shoe. The page doesn't recognize separate returns when you many at one time like I do. So when you get a return label for one return, it gets confused and doesn't allow you to move forward with two returns. All these technical problems I face are easily resolved with their AWESOME customer service staff over the phone, but I don't like calling for things if I dont have to...and because I purchase so many shoes at one time, I almost always have to call to make sure I'm not getting screwed over by the website. Lastly, theres always a 50-70% chance the shoes I want are out of stock, which is super frustrating and annoying because they get your hopes up with the cute pics of it. I do like most of the shoes I receive though, and I almost never physically go and shop for shoes anymore because it's easier for me this way.

NO stars! This is a horrible scam. Please do not purchase from them. I ordered a bunch of shoes from them 3 weeks late from projected date. Then all of them were horrible quality. They are cheap shoes, so I decided to ask for different sizes before asking for a refund. All of the shoes I chose were out of stock. It gives you the option to be on the waiting list but does not tell you when it will be in stock or any updates what so ever on those shoes. The waiting list is no use. So I have $116 towards store credit. I cannot get the money back. I cannot get the shoes in the size I want. It's actually a great way to make money. Advertise a great looking shoe to receive a poor quality shoe. Make it impossible to exchange for the right size then offer store credit you will never use. They did a good job of selling me $116 for nothing. They profited $116 without providing a viable product. I have been on the phone with them for over 90 minutes. While being on hold the music stopped and they hung up on me. Now I am on hold again... 8 minutes and counting.

I have contacted them twice to get a refund and cancel my vip membership, and all they tell you is that their skipping the dedication and my membership is active. i don't understand why it's so hard for them to let a costumer's decision to cancel their vip be fufilled? its just baffling.

Keep calling them every month to cancel my VIP membership and they still deduct $39.95 out of my checking 3 times in one day! Not happy with them at all!
