The store attendant was extremely helpful and extremely polite and was very informative. I can't remember his name but he was of African American decent. I'll definitely be coming back here.

I went to the store on Monday night after work because I was trying to take advantage of 30% off sale. When I walked in, there were two people behind the registers, neither one stepped out from behind to say hello or ask me if I needed any help. There was another woman in the store also who kept having to call the guy back to ask questions. He did not stay with her to assist her with her shopping experience. At one point both guys disappeared and left us alone on the sales floor at which point she turns to me and says "why does this have to be so difficult?" It was taking so long for her to get the information she needed that she finally had to leave the store to take care of her baby whom she had left in the car with her husband. Instead of hurrying up and help her with her decisions they merely reminded her that the store closes at seven. When I finally made my decisions, with no assistance from either of them, I was told that most of my paint order (about 15 gallons) was not available! They didn't try to call another store and secure my order and 30% off. All in all I was disappointed with my experience at the store. Initially I had done my research at the pico Rivera store where the guys were really great and really knew their product knowledge. It's a shame that that store is so far away for me and I could not get there in time.
