There is nothing worse than going to a gas station and not having the restroom work.It is ridiculous that shell makes a lot of money and they can't keep the bathrooms working or allow people to use the bathroom.Whatever it is it's very unprofessional and it should always be a MUST to have the bathrooms working!!!!!!!!!!! You have people who are traveling, People who are working people who have families!!!! Those bathrooms NEED to be accessible and that should be a NUMBER 1 PRIORITY!!!! It's PATHETIC That I put gas in my car from shell and have to go across the street to Chevron to use the bathroom.That just makes me not even want to go to.There is a lot to be said for customer service, consideration of ur customers and professionalism, and I did NOT see this here!!!!

This Shell station is probably the cheapest of the three gas stations in the area. There is a Chevron directly across the street and a 76 to the other corner. This shell is consistently a dime at least lower than the competition. I’m not sure how that works butI like to use this Shell station because it is on the right side of the street if you are trying to get onto the 10 freeway headed east. The other gas stations are kind of hard to get out of as you want to position yourself for the owner atThe Market inside is not a full market, but does have candy and snacks. They have mostly sodas and juices, but also have different waters for you as well. They do sell blunts and black and mild but that is pretty much it. They do not have hot coffee.At night sometimes the gas station can become a little bit sketchy, as it is catty corner to a homeless shelter. all you have to do is, ignore the crazy homeless people and you should be OK. All end-all I would stop at this gas station simply for the prices. Sometimes the pumps are not operational, and they will put caution tape over them so that you don’t use them. I hate it when that happens, but it is just a fact of life. only go here if you must.

If there was an option for zero stars this place is well deserved. Cashier was extremely rude. Not pleasant at all. She must have been having a bad day but I was a little shocked. I used my Ralph's rewards number and it said I would receive .40 cents off per gallon and I filled up. I realized it only gave me. 10 cents off which is huge as gas is so expensive right now. When I told her about this she just said, "It happens here." I used all of my Ralph's points and lost all the credit I accumulated. I usually go to the 76 across the street as their cash price is generally cheaper but they were closed. After using my .40 cent per gallon discount I still paid more than the Union 76 cash price. Terrible attitude and tone when spoken to and you lose money and Ralphs/Shell points coming here No thanks.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! I stopped for gas a couple of weeks ago and the screen malfunctioned after I inserted my card and entered my PIN. I checked my bank account and no charge went through. Pressed for time, I hit CANCEL and CLEAR on the screen twice and left. Later I discovered a $60 charge. Shell customer service recording said to file a claim with the bank, which I did only to have Shell refuse to give me back my money or the gas I am owed. Talked to manager Carolina twice and she confirmed this has happened many times before yet still I am out of my hard-earned $60. These people are scammers. Off to court I go to sue them.

I came here last week and I spent $45 For gas service the lady inside said the bathroom we dont have a bathroomI come in today and I spend $63 in gas service I wanted to use the bathroom .The same lady says ttits out of service againI told her she again out of service ? She said all the gas stations out of service ..i said to her then just say thiers no public restroom dont lie about it i dont like that ....i will no longer come to this gas station again thier are other stations that will gladly except the money i spend

I went here to get just to get enough gas to be able to drive to another gas station to get cheaper gas. My fault for not getting it in my own neighborhood. Gas prices are crazy, even worse on the west side of the city. So I'd suggest looking around because there are some gas stations out there that are way cheaper.

The pump attendant working in this gas station has been doing an excellent job in providing oil services to people! They are always prompt and reliable when it comes to gas refills or any vehicle issues. Highly recommended service!

It's a shell the gas station is clean it's normally less expensive than other shells and you can use Ralph rewards there
