You guys did an amazing job of transferring a 50 yo cassette to CD's and a flash drive to DVD's. The quality is excellent. A friend copied CD and the sound was lousy. They provided, excellent, cordial service and easy access. I give them a five star rating and a high recommendation.

very unprofessional raymond and his lady friend vera were disrespectful with my video tapes. I asked for a usb with the media on it and they did not provide one, although I paid for it. Vera yelled at me on the phone and said I was lying about not receiving the usb flash drive and then proceeded to mock me for wanting to hold on to precious memories of my deceased grandmother. This place is a joke

Excellent work, transfers from VHS and Hi8 to mp4 looked great, clean and organized with easy dropoff/pick up in Santa Monica. Ive used the service twice and expect to go back 2 or 3 more times depending on what I can dig up from storage.

I gave them nearly 50 videos on vhs and hi8 to convert a few weeks before Christmas- even though Vera was already swamped by similar requests, she managed to have them finished within a week. She matched each tape with a corresponding number to the digital file, so I could be sure I got everything back, and she also caught a sound issue on 5 tapes and was able to redo them herself within just a couple days and have them (and a the replacement flies on a flash drive) ready to pick up at their location closer to me. Most importantly, they look and sound great and were ready to be copied and wrapped for all my family members by Christmas. Will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Digital Video transferred my vhs tape into the file codec I requested, but it took them over a month to do so. When I dropped my tape off they told me it would take about 5 days. I had to contact them numerous times about my tape. I could understand the length of time if I had had multiple tapes, but I just had one. Next time, I would appreciate an accurate time estimate so I wouldn't be disappointed.

I'm posting this addendum to confirm the good work done by Vera and her team. I submitted a second job for transfer of 38 MiniDVs to digital file conversion. Vera had requested copies of other source materials I had to compare with my MiniDVs in the event that my tapes were bad. I take it that she wanted to ensure her work was well done. Again, everything looked great, and the project was completed on time. Being that I have so much footage yet to check, I'm pleased with what I have seen so far. Thank you, again.

I had my parents' 8mm wedding film transferred to 1080p HD. The results were beautiful. Colors popped and the image looked cleaner than I've ever seen it. Very happy with the results.

Serious professionals here. Ray identified exactly what tapes I had on the spot, gave me straightforward quotes and timeline too. We were dealing with some very old and valuable tapes, and he gave me the confidence to trust it was going to be in good hands. Drop off, pickup, communications- was incredibly easy. I had shopped around too, and his price was definitely fair. But even more than that, he was super knowledgable and trustworthy. He went above and beyond for me and I will be coming back for sure!

If you are a filmmaker is THE place t come to get your blu-rays and dvd's for film festivals. Ray was so helpful and extremely professional. He does great work, has fast turn-arounds and the customer service is exceptional. You can tell he has a a lot of pride in his work and really cares about you as a customer. They just transfered my family's 8mm film collection To digital files and it was a terrific job. Each reel was color corrected and saved to an Apple pro-res file, and it looks very cool and nostalgic. I work in post production (which I didn't tell them), so I know how much work this is, and it was worth every penny. My family is thrilled with the results, and so am I. 10/10 would recommend.

This is THE place to have your film transferred, regardless of the size of the project. Ray worked within my budget, including the challenge of an expedited Christmas time frame, and the final results were stunning. I brought in 8mm reels which are irreplaceable to my family and the film was treated with the care and respect they deserve.
