A front for scam businesses. I called and asked about scams messages received from this address and owner protected the scammer and hung up on me. Shady.

Best customer service!!! The owner (I think) is super kind and went seriously above and beyond in helping me mail out a Mother's Day card on time, even though he didn't have to. I really appreciate the local feel of the place and will definitely be back to use their shipping services.

This place is wonderful. Very helpful, attentive and they let you know when packages or important mail arrives. They take pictures and send it to you. They are the best. I have used them for a few years now.

I should have come here sooner!! My packages and mail were getting stolen! I live right next to ups and usps and didn't think to look elsewhere. David Kim is so incredibly helpful and goes above and beyond. I don't know what the other reviews are talking about! The new space is clean and accessible, he e-mails you as soon as a package comes. so far so good!

There is a male Asian employee at this mailbox facility, he's a total piece of garbage. He thinks it's more important to sit and watch TV then help customers that come in. I've been there several times and he's always totally rude. It's a good thing he can keep the job, he seems baffled by the simplest of concepts. Plus he doesn't listen, which doesn't help matters any.
