I’ve had nothing but terrible experiences with the people at Santa Monica Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. They are beyond rude and dismissive, and they clearly don’t care about their customers or feedback. Every attempt to address issues with them has been ignored.
To make matters worse, their fire alarm goes off every single night, disturbing the entire neighborhood, and they do nothing about it. Even the fire department is powerless to stop this recurring disruption. On top of that, their insanely bright lights shine directly into my unit all night, making it impossible to sleep peacefully. They seem to have zero consideration for the community or their neighbors. Avoid this dealership at all costs!

The body shop here is great. I worked closely with Agustin on repairs to my car after being involved in an accident recently. I highly recommend going to him. Throughout the entire process, he was professional, responsive, transparent, patient, and knowledgeable. He was also very considerate of my time, and worked quickly and efficiently to get me my car back. In the end, the work he and the shop did on the repairs was stellar; my car looked and felt like new. Hopefully I won’t need a reason to bring the car back, but if I do, I know I’ll be in good hands.

John is incredible!! I was in LA and had an issue with my jeep and every other dealership told me I’d have to leave 72 hours for them to even look at it. John was so kind and took me in and got it addressed same day so i could make the trek back home. Would recommend they’re so kind and helpful!!!

misu was very helpful when getting updates on car and how everytime you’d call Maria Elizabeth and Cesia always greeted you and where very nice and helpful over the phone and in person when picking up car

Maria was great , because of her I was able to get my dads tags fit me in the schedule for a u90 other places where booked out to 4 months and she fit me in and had my car in and out the next day . Jared was helpful kept me updated at well

Cesia in the service department is just the best! I called to make an appointment and she was very friendly and scheduled my car in pretty quickly. Great customer service over the phone and in person.
