I am adding an edit here because this issue is STILL happening. Why is it so difficult? I was told the warranty was cancelled and it wasn’t. Finally, I was able to cancel it on my own and the the check was sent to Santa Monica Audi. Month have gone by, and they have not sent the check to my bank. This is so unprofessional. I have dozens of unreturned emails and phone calls going back to the beginning of the year. No one can seem to give an answer. It is silly to think that I may have to go to small claims court for this.
The only way I can describe my financing experience is heartbreaking at this point. No one will get back to me about my extended warranty. I was told a check was cut and sent to my bank. It was not. I have checked with my bank multiple times. The car buying experience was great. But everything since then has been absolute hell and unprofessional. It’s unfortunate that dealerships are still living up to their antiquated reputations. My emails and phone calls have gone unanswered for months now. I feel as though I’m in this awful limbo.
Update: I finally got in touch with Fidelity Warranty Services. They say they do not have any record of me, my car or any of my information on file. So it appears I do not have a contract with them at all and I have been driving around with no warranty. They say they would have a record even if it was cancelled. And Santa Monica Audi has claimed to have my refund check all this time, which has still not reached my bank. So I have no protection and no refund.
I have learned many valuable lessons. I should have worked harder to be in touch with the warranty services right away. But I will never do business with Santa Monica Audi ever again.

My wife and I have been buying Audis at Santa Monica Audi for 20 years now. The last two experiences were down right criminal. My wife had an Audi Q5 Hybrid with very low miles and the lease was up. I asked the salesman if She could extend the lease and he said no. That turned out to be a lie! We ended up paying the car off. The salesman convinced her to also buy an extended warranty. He told Her she could get a refund if she did not use it. Shorty after She bought the car out the salesman called her and said he had the best deal on a Q8 that they ever had so she went to see him. She really trusted him because they had mutual family friends. He sold her a Q - 8 E-Tron and told her he would get her a refund on the extended warranty he sold her a few months before on the Q5 Hybrid. After dozens of attempts to get the refund and talking to Sales Manager Kevin Nesheim who promised he would get her the refund, we still have not received a full refund for an extended warranty we did not need nor use. The salesman and Kevin are liars and a disgrace to customer service. Where is the loyalty as a dedicated Audi Owners?

Audi Santa Monica is night/day compared to Audi Beverly Hills. We did not try to get upsold by the service department, and we were provided with updates throughout the day. The free ride after dropping off / pick-up for the car was easy to coordinate, and Chris N. was very professional. We will be returning next year for our annual servicing. Thank you.

A premier Audi dealership? I DON'T THINK SO!!!
I've been trying for THREE days to talk to someone in parts and they never picked up. On the fourth day (Aug.17 2024) Joe answered. What a horrible experience that turned out to be. His responses were "Naw, man", "can't help you", "don't know what to tell ya, man"...
Not once did he offer any help whatsoever. He kept rushing me to get off the phone. Cutting me off mid sentences. Finally he said to call back on Monday. NO THANK YOU!!! What was I calling for, you might ask? Two simple insulated thermos for my Audi. One white one black. Nothing complicated. I can't help but wonder what terrible service I would have received if my call was for something serious for my car. To the owner and manager of this Audi dealership I highly recommend you retrain this person. For a car brand of this caliber I feel so let down.
Your clientele expects better.
***UPDATE (30AUG24)*** Audi responded to my review. Said to call the manager. Well I did but he wasn't available so I left a VM. After a couple of days of not receiving a call back I called and left ANOTHER VM. SURPRISE!!! NO call back! So I'm thinking they are making so much money off their customers that they don't have time for my petty situation. All I wanted was the two insulated cups. The next Audi I purchase will be from another dealership. Maybe the OWNER will take notice of this situation.

Willie took great care of me during the entire process of purchasing my vehicle. I had a great experience. This dealer is very fair on their pricing. I would definitely recommend them. Julia in finance also did a great job on making the experience as quick and easy as possible. I will definitely be back in the future.

Typical sale upsell but expect that. The service is outstanding, kind people and responsive. The finance people as expected are scam artists and please be careful. General manager tells you what you want to hear and does not hold his team members accountable. Apparently sales and service don't like or work well with each other. Caveat emptor. Convenient.

Do not go anywhere they recommend for services they don't provide as they get kick backs from those shops and in turn those shops will give you a 1000% marked up estimates and take advantage of you as you were "assured they are the best" such as eli's body shop.

I had a great experience from the time I walked in, through the time I drove off. This is the kind of experience you should expect and they delivered. Josh helped me find the right car and was very accommodating with how picky I was. Joey helped me get set up and learn about my new S5. I really couldn’t be happier with my purchase and I’ll be a repeat customer and recommend them to family and friends!

Got me the great deal I wanted, stayed late to make it happen that afternoon because I was leaving town the next day, explained everything clearly, made sure I was completely satisfied with the vehicle. They provide a horrible scratch and shine car wash in the service department. Every time I bring my car in I ask them to make multiple notes not to wash my car and every time they manage
To give me an even more damaging car wash. They won’t do anything to fix it and really don’t seem to care
