1) they never notified us with what the diagnostic said the issue was, rather they just ordered the part and fixed the car. Thereafter they called us and said car was ready, this is how much you owe. 2) they told me to leave the loaner outside while I pay and that I could get my stuff out of the loner after I pay. I go pay, come outside, and they threw my belongings in the trash -- legitimately they had to pull a blanket from the loaner out of a garbage bag. Ridiculous - this Audi is the worst car I've owned. Should have never left bmw. This service center makes it worse.

I purchased a car with David Yaffe and it was a great experience. He is very trustworthy, reliable, and efficient. No question goes unanswered and he seems to have a genuine care for the customers he works with.

TWICE in the last year these people have wasted my time. I walked in the first time completely up front about what I was willing to put down and what I wanted my monthly payments to be, and after test driving three cars and being there for about an hour and a half, they came back with monthly payments twice as much as I had said and told me I would need to put $8,000 down...on a LEASE! Walked out immediately. Just be honest and don't waste people's time.Went back this morning after emailing my exact terms (so that it was in writing), they insisted I come in again, test drove two vehicles, stated my terms again (many times telling them over the phone and in person "if my numbers are not doable, please let me know and don't waste my time.") After about an hour, they came back with the information I had given days ago saying that they would not be able to work with me. Another Saturday morning wasted.

I posted a rave 3 years ago for the wonderful rep Mary Beth and our Q3. Today is another story. We needed a battery replacement for our Q3. The battery is under warranty for our lease, however because the light setting had changed, that contributed to the problem and they excluded it from warranty. - fair enough. They quoted over $800 to replace the battery. The rep offered us a discount, bringing the price down to 750. We got a second opinion, took the car to an Audi associate body shop 1/2 a mile away, they replaced the identical battery for $250, in an hour. Audis "discounted" price was 3 x the price for the identical part. The prices, customer service and value at SM Audi are nothing I can recommend today, and we will not be leasing another Audi when our lease is up.

Horrible business tactics. I have been attempting to obtain a promised refund for a service plan for 10 months. It is BASIC that if you sell a car with an active service plan issued by the company, you will receive a refund. They confirmed this when I purchased the service plan and prior to me selling the car with the service plan. YET, I have been given the run around by every possible department for the last 10 months - finance, finance manager, general manager, sales manager. Now I am attempting to sue them in small claims court (what else can I do?) and they refuse to provide their legal business name and agent for service of process. UNBELIEVABLE - I WOULD AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP.

I purchased a used Audi here end of March 2023. I recently found out from my local Audi dealer that the car had underwent prior body work and this was not disclosed to me in any way before purchasing. Now I'm trying to contact Santa Monica Audi (place of sale) but they are ignoring me and won't rectify the issue. DONT BUY HERE! Very deceiving staff and poor customer service!

THE WORST EXPERIENCE WE HAVE EVER HAD!!!! I wish I could give them 0 stars for what occurred when my husband to my car for service. Imagine taking your car in for what you believe is a simple service, oil change service, only to have everyone avoid you for hours when you come to pick up the car because....THEY LOST YOUR CAR KEYS!!!!! You cannot make this up! Instead of being professional and letting my husband know they misplaced (or lost) the car keys, everyone disappears into the back while he waited for them to bring the car around. Other customers came and went and no one had the decency to speak to my husband and let him know what was going on. This was after my husband walked 45 mins to pick up the car! DISGUSTING!!! Where is the customer service in all of this??? Eventually my husband was able to get someone to address the issue. They simply said they would take him to our home to pick up the spare key to get the car. There was no apology and no immediate offer to discount the service. Instead they made it seem as if it were no big deal and they would order a new key and program it to the car. This is when I enter this catastrophe! My husband informed me of the circumstances over the phone and I lost it! He is much more patient than I am. The absurdity and egregious behavior was infuriating. I told him they need to absolutely discount the services (should have been 100% comp'd) and they would need to get 2 new keys and make the other key (if found) unusable, because there is no way I'm trusting anyone to potentially have a set of keys to my car and know where we live. Do they think I'm a fool? Oh it gets better! Miraculously the key is found after those statements. Seriously?!? Very suspicious and I don't like that!!! We will NEVER be back and I'm telling every colleague I know with an Audi on the west side to not trust this unscrupulous business! STAY CLEAR OF THIS AWFUL PLACE!!!!!

I recently had a headlight replacement done at Audi Santa Monica, and I'm afraid I had a very disappointing experience. While the headlight was fixed as intended, the service ended up causing significant damage to the finish of my brand new S5.The problem arose from their car wash service, which I did not request but was included in the service package. The way they washed the car left visible damage to the finish, and I can't help but feel they were very careless with my vehicle.I understand that accidents can happen, but the lack of care and attention to detail in this instance was disappointing, especially when dealing with a reputable brand like Audi. I expected better from an authorized dealership.I would advise others to be cautious when using their additional services and perhaps request not to have your vehicle washed. I hope they take my feedback seriously and improve their procedures to avoid such incidents in the future.It's crucial for Audi Santa Monica to maintain the quality of their services, and I hope they take steps to ensure this doesn't happen to others in the future.

We had the pleasure of working with Kyle Lally. We walked into Audi dealership a Monica jet lagged to help my daughter find a car for her new job. Kyle immediately put us at ease. He was incredibly knowledgeable and has a wonderful personality. After visiting 2 other dealerships we knew we wanted to work with Kyle. He secured an A3 for us at a great price.
