My ring quit. Customer service was no help as it was 2 yrs. old. They said go buy a new one. Very frustrating.

I called up ring customers support staff to inquire about the shipping date of the cameras I bought and asked them to email me back a copy of the receipt but refused without the order number. Very poor service.

Have been waiting 2 months now for a replacement for a faulty outdoor camera even though I consistently pay for the Ring Protect Plan every year
