Terrible service. Absolutely deplorable it’s funny! Stood at the counter while both techs looked at me but didn’t say hello or acknowledge me. The pharmacy wasn’t busy and the phones weren’t ringing. There was one man in line but behind me. I thought about calling and asking if they could help me as it didn’t seem like they could be bothered to come over to the counter. Finally I said excuse me is there someone who can help me. One tech looked like I was putting her out just by asking. The lady who helped me announced my prescriptions loud enough for anyone within earshot to hear. What happened to patient privacy? lol I dread going here but it’s close to home. The only pleasant person is the African American man who is always cheerful, greets you immediately and actually seems like he takes pride in his work.

I've was told mixed reviews about this Ralphs but I must say this location was fully stocked. Staff was very pleasant and helped me scan and saved 27.00 bucks. I went around 8:00pm and was helped by Aron. He was a very kind young man checking out and bagging groceries. I told him hey I got this he still insisted on helping me but I bagged the rest. Great customer service Aron thank you for the scan tip on my app.

June Se is the best store manager around and Nelly too! he genuinely told her employees love working for them, and they are not only fair, but always willing to make it right. This will always be my store. I am so grateful to live close by and be able to shop here.

I liked shopping here but the self checkout lady was extremely rude to me, I was having difficulties with my payment and she just approached me yelling and treating me like I was stupid. Definitely not using self checkout when she's there.

I just left the pharmacy and they said they would not take a Ralph's GoodRX coupon. They stated the coupon is less then what they pay. I frankly don't care. If they do not want to honor the coupon then it should not be on Good Rx. They wasted my time and they will waste yours in the same situation.

Hello, I go for the Pharmacy which is the best. After all those years of standing in line at other drug stores and paying their high prices. Recently I was out of town and had them send my prescriptions to CVS. It cost me $63 more for the same prescriptions. Ralph's uses SingleCare, which saves me a lot of money. I like shopping in their store. I find many sale items. Their bakery makes the best goodies and bread at lower prices.Thank you Ralph's keep up the good work

For The Pharmacy only. Monica helped me and was able to find some discounts on my prescription as my evil insurance Co. raised my out of pocket costs. She was professional, kind and really nice. A+ . Thank you Monica!

Elevators are scary, always out of service. When I'm service these elevators clack and clink they are old and need replacement. No one in the deli to serve you. I waiting for someone the other night around 7:30pm and no one looked my way or even bothered to come byI spoke to a manager about this and all he could say was we don't have staff there this time of nightWhen the elevator stops at the store level, Ralph's please keep the exit clean and free of item. It's the law. Please replace those elevators and get staff in your deli.

Id like to give a shout out to the Ralph's pharmacy on Cloverfield and Olympic. They're Always friendly and efficient. There's a pharmacist named Rebina (I believe that's the spelling) who went above and beyond to help me with vaccinations. Honestly, I haven't seen customer service or a positive attitude like this in years. I just wanted to say thank you again to her, and to the entire team.

OK, so I start by saying that this is MY RALPH'S. I shop here most often and all of the cashiers are super helpful and friendly [except one, who seems like she's OVER IT] The store is super clean and well-stocked, and the free pickup was a godsend during COVID and even now. I HAVE ONE COMPLAINT and I did mention it to management weeks ago but nothing has been done! The Meat Dept counters are not sealed. There are GAPS in the glass counter facing the customer [not behind] and not only does the meat dry out but it is also a FLY TRAP! One day I was going to buy chicken breasts and one was topped by a DEAD FLY. I told the helpful butcher, who apologetically removed the fly and said that he knew about the problem, and had patched up the gaps with tape--but was told by the manager to REMOVE THE TAPE BECAUSE IT DIDN'T LOOK NICE. I don't care about how it looks but I do care that flies are sleeping on the meat! I even called and spoke to a very nice man on the phone, but NOTHING WAS DONE. So, I'm buying meat at Sprouts now. Hopefully, they fix it.

This branch is a bit small and I did not actually find something I was looking for, yet I am still happy here. The meat department seems smaller than others and not much on sale. Lobster tails are small and they did not bring up my interest. The people are nice. When you ask questions and they are friendly to help you or answer you honestly even giving candid answer like I don't know or I have not seen that here. The security system seems to have some issues. Some people walk out after paying the the alarm is going off like crazy. It seems no one was trying to fix it or figure out what to do. Or simply understaff issue, I am not sure about it. Over all, it is a nice neighborhood Ralph's. Parking is ok, stuff is ok. Location is close to me and I like to visit here again. The best staffer I met was Arthur.

The two stars are not for people that are cashiers, although there are couple that deserve that or below, though for the 95% of the workers are amazing, friendly, top notch customer service associates, from cashiers all the way down to help for everything. Truly lovely persons. The two stars are for the management. I don't treacle know what we're they thinking about putting only two cashiers on in the middle of the lunch hour, while the manager is even late for her shift. The self check out stations are open, but they can not process alcohol (seriously, who's brilliant idea was that?), as well as they don't have money to make the change or give you quarters. If you come in to buy a bottle of wine for a friend that you are on a way to visit, you have to wait for 20 minutes in a long line with 4 130% filled up shopping cars, or an elderly paying by the check and trying to figure out the coupons for 20 minutes alone. And the two self check out stations there are two cashiers, one on each side, and with zero up to three customers max, there is nothing that they can do. Just to say, you are just going to have to wait in the line. And no, I will not sneak you in between the customers, you are just going to have to wait. Another bothersome thing (again, someone's brilliant idea worth a Noble prize for inefficiency and patchy customer service) is the schedules. You get used to going to shop at certain hour because you the staff and get to know them, next week they are not there anymore, because some genius had switch their shifts. Morning and than night, then afternoon,,, you never can predict. And I feel bad for people workers, working till close one day and as soon as the 8 hours pass. They can come home from work an hour after work when living further and than they have to wake up not 8 hours later, but to relax and then wake up 4 hours later to get ready and hit the road. Do you really think that law was intended to work like??? So, to finish up my ramble, maybe an advice to the senior management: Did you forget how it was when you were in that position? Do you get bothered with bad customer service at other places that you visit, because management thought it will make the customer service better? Do you ever listen to the opinions of your workers who deal with customers directly? Are you sure you like your job???

I used to shop here a lot, but it has gone way downhill. The uncaring checker charged me for plums and oranges, neither of which I bought. I had to go back into the store to get charged the proper amount for the potatoes and bananas that I bought. There was no apology from the checker who overcharged me for stuff I didn't buy. In addition, they were out of oatmeal, strawberries and my preferred brand of orange juice. In the future, I'll patronize Trader Joe's.
