I wish there was an option to give zero stars…Horrible service! They had an erroneous address on file —therefore I never received the mail notices… also no email to inform me my policy on autopay had been cancelled… reported me to a collections agency and I saw my 750+ credit score drop 50pts. When I called and calmly tried to resolve the matter, Marshall deflected, then proceeded to play gatekeeper with the contact info of my agent (Rafael Montoya)Their office address is literally on the same street as my residence (.5 miles apart) so I naively thought this proximity would be even more helpful… only to find out they are never in office when I asked to pick up hard copies of files. Oh and Marshall never even emailed the full payment records to prove their errors after he claimed he would…Do yourself a favor and choose responsible agents- not these guys, they clearly demonstrated they could care less about running a legitimate business that is based on client service and retainment ?♀️

Your service has been in a word awful. You do not respond to emails and phone calls. When my Landlord insurance was canceled last October the only person that was helpful was Masa, but he didn’t have the authority to resolve my situation. Your agency caused me hours of extra work and phone time. I was only able to resolve everything by dealing with Allstate directly. If I ever have an issue again I will bypass your agency if at all possible. I will forward these comments to Allstate as well.Thomas Einstein

Our HOA worked with the prior owner for decades, we had great service and really enjoyed the partnership. When the agency was sold I had a conversation with Rafel who assured me we would continue to be serviced and valued. What has really happened is emails are not returned and they have abandoned our policies. Off to find a new broker. My advice, find another agency.

Rafel does not respond to emails, certainly not in a timely manner.I recently asked for a quote on auto insurance and on a bundle with other insurance and never heard back. Needless to say, I went with a competitor.

I had a claim and an additional car to add to my policy all in the same month and despite my numerous emails and calls I never heard back from R. Montoya. I had to file a claim online and I ended up calling the main Allstate number to finally get my car added. The former owner and his employee Lucy were great! With Lucy gone I can’t reach R. Montoya at all! Terrible non- existent customer service.

This agency is the worst ever. I pulled all of my Allstate policies (6) from them after only five months with them. My prior Allstate agency had my business for over 20 years. I even had an umbrella policy and they did not have all my properties on it! Unbelievable! Also when I tried to leave Mr. Montoya a message his mailbox said it was full! An Assistant tried to answer a coverage question and had no clue instead of just putting me through to Mr. Montoya. I am happy To say that I switched to Geico.
