I placed a order for running boards for Jeep Renegade went into store to get "expert help" order boards everything went well boards fit car all checks mark where green on there computer system guy said yes that will fit looks good ! I had already gotten a quote of 250 for installed no prob I said. Instal day came dropped off car, got call back around 1.5 hours was asked if I had gotten instal price I said yes (250) the guy said its going to be 350/400 because he hasn't ever worked with that brand and the boards are bolted in and its taking longer he says I already installed one but its going to be longer no prob I said. Nothing I could do one board was already installed so no point in stoping now. 45 min later got called again this time I was told that boards are secured and that since they guarantee work they wouldn't be able to install them ! I was told I can refund you the money or I can give you the boards and you can take them to get installed somewhere else he proceeded to mention that since it was my specific choice to order them that they couldn't do anything more. This guy was good at one thing passing the blame around first at the sales guy who helped for giving me wrong price then for me ordering a part that he hadn't ever worked as if I the customer should've known better to do that to them. Very frustrating experience he refused to give me his name but doesn't matter he knows who he is. This happen today 2/7/24 I am sure who ever works there can figure who was it that was working there there where only 2 guys working

They only install hitches they sell you, and then quote you hilariously overinflated prices for "hitch installations" pretending you're stupid.
Note, if you need a hitch attached, UHaul does for under $200 -- or you can do yourself if you have the tools for free. UHaul has videos for most car makes and models.
Worthless business.

Just had my Thule Motion XT L installed on top of my Toyota Highlander SE. Very stylish in glossy black.As soon as I walked into the Santa Monica location the guys were great. They answered every question I had and recommended the best option to me.They didn't try to up sell me on something that I didn't need or extra bars or anything.After the install they went thru everything with me and I feel comfortable to get on the road.Thanks Rack Attack for everything

I bought a bike rack for my electric bikes and the employee knew exactly what I needed based on the specifications of my bikes. He showed me several options and I chose what best suited my needs. The rack was ready the next day for pick up, It worked great for my trip to Mammoth Lakes, CA.

Ask for Diego Calderon; he takes the time to go over all your options and is not trying to upsell you on anything. He's courteous and kind; I will be buying my next rack setup from him.

These guys are the best. I've been going to them for ten years, and they've installed racks and hitches and kinds of stuff for me. Best of all? I show up just needing a new key to replace my broken one. The guy goes above and beyond, patiently giving me a new cylinder, two new keys AND fishing out the broken half from the locking mechanism on the rack bars and replacing that one too. Very cool place staffed by wonderful people.
