I just received a bill for $500 for a covid test two years ago. This is the first I have been notified of a bill. I had so many questions, but actually found a reddit post where several people shared the same issue. I'm not sure what the result will be, but $500 for a covid test years later? Smells like a scam.

I called, no answer. I made an appointment online and drove over and there's no one here. I'm standing out here in the cold with a fever and no one is answering the door. The people coming for testing are really sick, it's very not cool to not answer the phone and to allow people to make appointments when QUICKMED is clearly no longer in operation. Gonna go die now.

I hate to give 1-star reviews, but this testing site in Santa Monica is the worst of the worst! Finally writing this review after 3 out of the 6 times I made an appointment no one was there. This last time I arrived for my appointment and found a locked and empty office with a handwritten sign on the door that read, "Out to Lunch. Back at 1:30." At 11am. So, a 2 1/2 hour lunch??My job in education requires a weekly PCR test. Gave QuickMed a second and then a third chance. Three strikes, you're out.

WE made 2 appointments and both times NO one was there. A handwritten sign read "ill be back in 15 minutes" No one came for 20 minutes. Avoid this place.

Hello, we performed rapid tests with my family to be able to travel. They did not accept the test carried out with their company to be able to take the plane (I clarify that the destination we had accepts antigen tests).I would appreciate an email so I can contact you and clarify this problem, since I had to perform the antigen test in another laboratory to be able to travel. I’ve been to a number of Covid testing sites, but this is by far my favorite. With QuickMed, I was able to make an appointment for myself and family quickly, virtually zero wait time when we got to the site and received my results the very next day!! We couldn’t have asked for more!
