Very professional service, i had my reverse osmosis filtering system installed in 2014 and my water is better than anything in stores. Fresh, crispy and delicious. They always remind me of servicing my system, everyone of them is nice and reliable.

I love my Purewater1 water filter! I can have hot and cold water and room temperature safe filtered water on demand! It’s less cost than buying bottled water and so much better for the environment. The company has been amazing staying on top of regular maintenance and even there in an emergency. I even moved homes and they were helpful for the move to move my purewater1 system and set it up in my new home. Highly recommend them.

Pure Water 1 is the finest water purification company that I found. It is the water system in the clinic where I work and I wanted the same quality for my home. The taste of the water is extraordinary, the price is extremely reasonable, and the customer service is excellent! Year after year, since 2015, I am so grateful to have Pure Water 1.

I have been a customer since they opened their store near me, over 10 years ago. Recently, I decided to get a system installed in my home. Initially, my apartment wasn’t set up for the alkaline system. However, Matt, the owner, upon the advice of one of his incredible employees, Juan, went above, and beyond to figure out a solution. Now I get to enjoy Alkaline Water in the comfort of my own home! I’m so excited about my new water system! Highly recommend this company. Excellent, friendly, and reliable customer service.
