Kyle and his team did an amazing job with our hardwood floors. Our floors are about 15 years old with the majority of damage in the kitchen. He and his team refinished the entire floor and it looks like new. While the initial estimate was 3 days, however it took longer than expected. I will say that it was worth the extra wait. Their level of craftsmanship is second to none and I feel like we live in a new home. I recommend 100%.

Precision Floors was recommended to us by our realtor & they did not disappoint. Kyle is an expert & based on his suggestions, we went with the AquaTech laminate floors in maple. Floors were efficiently & professionally installed within 2weeks. and our new home looks SO much better with the new floors. Also, As per Kyle, it is 'indestructible' and we have benefited from that during our renovations. We highly recommend Precision Floors and their services.

When we replaced a toilet in our powder room we found we had a leak which damaged the wood underneath. They replaced the damaged wood and finished the floor impeccably. It looks great! I was so impressed that I asked them if they could restore our outdoor thresholds which are oak and were blackened and dull. To my surprise they now look brand new. I’m just waiting for the finish to dry. What a difference! Their workman are thoughtful, efficient, skilled, leave everything clean, and professional. Kyle was always available, responsive, and honest. It’s his company and his professionalism and straightforward manner made everything so easy. I may be their biggest fan. Besides Kyle, one of the partners, being a true artist with what he does, he really is the nicest man who cares so much about floors and making sure his costumers are really happy.I purchased a new home in Silver Lake; 2500 square feet of the ugliest orange floors. I knew one of the first things I wanted to do was to have them sanded down and re-stained. I had a couple of other flooring companies come to my house before Kyle who all told me that would be impossible because the floors I had were were the cheapest engineered wood you could buy and the layer up top was just too thin to sand. I was devastated because I didn’t have the money to replace them. I spent all my money on this purchase.Precision floors was recommended to me and thank god. Kyle had such confidence that he can do what I needed. He said it would be hard but that he could do it and that the others were afraid because of the liability of ruining the floors I already had. He said that it may take a little longer than average because the floors were so delicate, but that he would make sur I would be happy when he was finished. What that meant was the sanding machine would only be able to be used very lightly and slowly and in many areas they would need to even hand sand the wood. I now understood why no one else wanted to do this job. It was a lot of work, it was crazy how meticulous his guys were. I was so lucky to have found them because besides my floors being beautiful, I did a 3 coat finish they recommended which has protected that beauty.I have huge windows in my house, and now 2 years later there are still no sun bleach stains like so many of my friends homes have, even when I move the area rugs to the side, the floors look perfect. We also had a few major spills including a bottle of wine, my dog had quite a few accidents and my floors are still are perfect. I recommended Kyle many times now and everyone reports back the same thing, he’s a really nice guy who is passionate about his craft. They always are very happy and Kyle makes me look like a hero.

Kyle and his team deep-cleaned, buffed and sealed the floors in my new house in Venice in September (this is past due!) Not only did they do a beautiful job, but came back a few days later at no extra cost to correct some minor streaking that was visible. Everyone who has come into my home since then has commented on how great the floors look. Thanks, Kyle!
