My brother has just started college a few states away and sending him a fun little treat every so often is just so easy thanks to the team here. I truly did not realise how easy it could be to mail stuff and I think he is also very happy about receiving his little presents (who wouldn't be). I think they could tell that I simply had no idea what I was doing and the woman at the counter was SO patient with me and answered all of my silly little questions (thank you and sorry again!!) The team is lovely and clearly dedicated to giving a great customer experience - plus I'm always so happy to support a small family owned business! Will absolutely be coming back the next time I need anything sent out.

When you think of a postal store you think of drab, ugly colors, dim lighting, cold faces...NOT THIS PLACE! Aside from being probably one of the most beautiful looking P.O Box services I've ever seen, the staff (while smaller) are incredibly friendly and dedicated to their job. I've been over to drop off some packages and watched them skillfully get a huge surfboard wrapped and packaged for another customer! Random but impressive! This place makes me forget how awful shipping things out in this city can be. The friendly conversations, trendy interior, and level of care and compassion will keep me coming back here for a very long time.

My experience with this rental service has been nothing short of disappointing. After eagerly signing up for their P.O. Box service for miscellaneous mailings, I was met with a series of frustrating encounters with the owner's daughter that left me questioning their reliability and commitment to customer satisfaction. As a paying customer, I expected a level of professionalism and reliability that was sorely lacking. I cannot in good conscience recommend their P.O. Box Service to anyone.

Kristin, the notary was wonderful. Efficient and thoughtful. I called to say I was running late and she stayed to wait for me, delaying her lunch quite a bit. Will always use her. $15 was reasonable.

It's been more than a decade of consistently terrific, trustworthy service. My wife and I each run a business and the convenience of shipping, receiving and document copying is tremendous. They recently moved ot a larger location across the street - to Wilshire from 26th - so check the address before you go.

I needed a form to be notarized, and Postal and more was close by. Idk how much other places charge but it was $15 per signature here. They were fast, polite, and efficient. I can't speak to their other services and I'm not familiar with how much other places charge, but I had a positive experience here.
