Horrible business. My wife paid $60 to have a package delivered and was never delivered. Poor customer service. People were rude. My wife is now out of $60.

They just lost my business. Badly handled (unsuccessfully) mailing a package. It's too complicated to describe here. Made many excuses for their short comings through the years, and this was the last straw.

I love this guys. I drive from Ventura just to get my packages sent by them. They are more competitive than any other place. My packages have never arrived broken or damaged since I send them with this guys. Number 1

Turns out they did not reship it Priority as the lady had stated. It was returned to me again....not sure where the blame lies, but did rely on this agent to make sure it got to the intended address

If I could give a 0 I would. I sent a package with pearls and asked to have it arrive in 2 days. The man helping me said It would get there 2 to 3 days and he gave me the price. I did not know it was USPS and the package was lost. When I went back for help from him he was rude and nasty and told me to file a claim at the post office. After standing in line for 30 minutes at the post office I found out there was no such thing nor was I able to do that. He's untruthful and dishonest.

I go here for my Notary needs as the guy has 20 years experience and knows what he's doing. I used to have a mailbox here but I moved out of the area and now go with my local post office. Never had a problem with their service. They seem to be doing well during Covid so keep it up guys!

We were visting from out of state & needed to mail some large items home - happened to find this shop and are so happy we did! They happily packed our items - trying a few different boxes until they found one that fit everything perfectly! - and it was shipped quickly and less expensively than the post office (and FAR less expensive than an additional bag fee for the airline!). Staff were professional and friendly. I'd definitely use them often if I lived in California. :)
